For the price the room was fine. Continental breakfast was lame. Would have liked to get a Hardboiled egg and some yogurt.

Dirty, disrepair, broken windows. MAID LEFT OUR DOOR OPEN AND UNLOCKED all day on Saturday, replenishes towels but did not empty garbage or make beds. The next day no housekeeping was done, in fact only the replenishment of towels, complete with door being left open, was the only housekeeping that happened across our 3 days stay. We travel a lot and this is the worst experience we have ever had at any motel. I was told a manager would call me and that still hasn’t happened.

Our room was average. Which was a bit disappointing for $170. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom from the shower above leaking, but everything else was pretty clean. But the paint on the walls were chipping. Continental breakfast had no protein options. Pool opens after check-out in the morning. But it was a place to sleep.

The staff member who checked me in charged my credit card even though I had prepaid with Expedia and reminded her of that upon checkin (charge was reversed). I stayed 2 nights. My room was not refreshed the second day - no new towels, coffee packet, nothing. I went to get new towels at the front desk and the same lady was there I dealt with at checkin. She was unfriendly and dismissive. Another lady brought me the towels - she was nice. My second night was disrupted at 3:30am by the people in room next to me screaming profanities. I tried to call the front desk to complain but no one answered. I almost called the police after 30 minutes, but they left the room so it was quiet. The second morning I had to asked the front desk - a man this time - if there were any more bananas, bagels, cream cheese, or english muffins, since the shelves/baskets were empty. I have stayed here before - this was disappointing.

I expect cheaper hotels to be shabby, but at least clean. This one was awful and I learned my lesson about cheap hotels.

My family loved it! The lady working evenings was soooo amazing! I was would stay again and again because of the friendliness :-)

They left trash at the end of the hall right by my room. It started to stink, and was there for hours. The TV was blurry and was hard to watch anything. WiFi was slow and was difficult to stream my own Tv. The hotel looked run down and in need of renovation.

This property was not very clean. The floor of the shower was covered with black spots that could have easily been mold. Needless to say we did not shower and also this location did not feel very safe. There were vagrants lingering around outside in parking area and we did not feel comfortable with this. Will not be staying at a Howard Johnson again.

Grateful to have found a place to stay. Grateful there was room. Floors needed vacuuming and bathroom needed updating which made it seem dirty.

First of all the price advertised for that day that we began our stay said 135 on hotels.com and I had already made reservations and it said 160 per night and if I wanted to upgrade to 2 king size beds I could pay $5 more so I went ahead and took app that but when I got to the place I got charged too much for 2 nights it was 381 total the beds were comfortable the rooms think really bad the carpet was filthy

Your staff leaves a lot to be desired - your facility is absolutely filthy - and parking is a complete nightmare as the only spots open are near a door with no drinking handles. For $300 a night the staff should actually use a vaccine to clean up the hairballs on the room floors - your maintenance peeps should fix the bathroom doors so you can actually close them - the side door needs a damn handle - and for a non smoking facility it smells and awful lot like cigarettes.

Staff was very helpful and nice. No issues. Main light in room was out. Other than that, it was a good stay.

I love the staff they always are very nice and anything I need they will do there best to accommodate me. I stay here up to 5 to 10 days a month. Best quality for the price!
