Very Satisfied and every staffs are very nice and kind.

We stayed one night and overall it was a great experience. We hung out at the rooftop had some wine and appetizers. The only thing we didn’t like was that we wanted to watch a soccer game and they weren’t prepared to show it and that made us upset therefore, we stepped out elsewhere. However, when we came back they had told us they got it to work. We had the breakfast buffet in the morning, the next day, it was great!

This is my second stay here in this hotel. I love this hotel for many reasons, the location is a 5 Stars the breakfast is amazing the variety of fruits, gourmet food, pastries and services in this hotel are excellent, everyone loves their job, they are always ready to help their guests. I received a voucher for two free complimentary drinks at their bar terrace MAGNOLIA and they had live music, the bartender Adonay was amazing and I can’t wait to come back again. Thank you to all the amazing crew for their excellent work!🌟

Stayed at this hotel on our way back to the States from Ecuador. The staff was very courteous and spoke English! Very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Only thing lacking was a shower cap, but everything else was excellent. Shuttle to/from airport was priceless!

Stayed for one night to take the flight from the airport. Great that they do airport pick up at any time. The transfer from the hotel to the airport runs every one hour.
Nice that it is walkable to a mall and lots of restaurants in the mall too.
Drawback is it was not quiet at night. I could hear music from bars downstairs from my room on the 5th floor. The music finished about midnight, not the best when I had to take a 3am shuttle for the morning flight.
Other than that it is great value, nice and clean for a quick layover.

The staff and the service is 100/10 the best service I have experienced in a hotel. Cleanliness is excellent too but I do have to say that I was severely disappointed and dissatisfied with the breakfast buffet very limited options, the same menu on Saturday and Monday( For reference I stayed Friday- Monday) Sunday’s buffet was better but keep in mind that although the breakfast comes included in your stay, this is a breakfast that they charge around $20USD for people who are not guest

Comfortable bed, located near mall del sol, and the airport.
Noise most of the night from guests in the hallway disturbed our sleep, which reduced our rating.
If other guests were more respectful and there was better noise insulation from the hallway, I would recommend.
Unfortunately, I will be looking for a different hotel in the future if we have a morning flight and require a good night sleep.

Nice comfortable hotel, centrally located, in Guayaquil. Clean rooms with a good breakfast. Walking distance to Mall of Sol, and approximately a five minute drive to Airport. The hotel has a bar and restaurant, in the bottom, and top floors.

Absolutely amazing service in the hotel and delicious food service. The check in clerk was very helpful. I absolutely love this hotel and the hospitality. I feel very safe . I will definitely come back.

My only complaint would be that when I booked it said breakfast included but when I was checking in they said I needed to pay extra if I wanted breakfast!

This property is a good choice for travelers who want to be near the Guayaquil airport. Check in was smooth and a request for late check out was cordially granted. The rooms are adequate and the bed is comfortable. We enjoyed the many options at the breakfast buffet. The hotel is on a busy street, so request a room on the back side for less noise. For the cost we felt this was a good choice and will stay here again on future visits.
