The person on the front desk when we arrived was very rude and our baggage we had to look for because he did not tell us if it had arrived or anything. The rest of the staff was amazing. We were on the 6th floor which was very loud.

Located very close to the wall, and old city, however, the blocks around this hotel are not very clean or friendly, maybe because is located too close to the bus station. Parking on the garage is very difficult and limited.

We were very impressed with this hotel, staff very courteous and Covid precautions in place. Breakfast was very good with a great cafe con leche. Was right by the wall with in walking distance of everything. Highly recommend.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was a bit lacking and quite expensive for what you get but there are plenty of options in town. Location is brilliant right next to the bus station and less than 5 minute walk to historical part of town. Room was small but clean and modern.

Staff very friendly. Room was comfy and well appointed. Location was great and breakfast was great. The front desk attendant also gave us a lavanderia that washed and dried and colder our clothes, while we were out sight seeing. Awesome!!

Great location near the bus station. Well priced breakfast. Perfect for a good nights stay before traveling on. Staff was helpful and friendly. This was very special since my Spanish is almost non existent.

The Hotel San Pedro is and excellent choice if you're staying in Lugo. The hotel is modern and well equipped. The rooms are efficient and a little tight if you're travelling with lots of luggage. The staff is very accommodating. We speak limited Spanish, but the desk staff was able to communicate everything we needed in English. Just steps from the bus station and the central city, I would stay in this facility again.

The hotel is very pleasant, airy, and modern, with gracious staff who get along well enough in English. We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was a bit more spartan than the usual Spanish buffet blow-out, but certainly adequate. It is virtually impossible to find the hotel by driving on the narrow, winding, one way, up and downhill streets, and in any case they do not have parking, and the street parking is always full. Just drive around the Roman city walls to the underground parking lot in front of the bus station, next to the San Pedro gate, and walk about 150 m to the hotel. This parking lot was quite inexpensive, so it all works out well.

This is a lovely hotel, very close (50m) to the Alsa bus station - but the bus station looks dreadful and the immediate surroundings of the hotel look very run-down. We didn't feel unsafe, but wouldn't wander around outside at the quiet times of the night. The beautiful old town is also quite close. Hotel staff were very helpful and spoke perfect english. They knew Lugo very well.
