Hotel is rated “excellent”, but the room was not excellent. Walls need fixing; bathtub dirty; sink faucet dirty. Would give it a “C” rating, at best.

The only think updated was the outside of the building! From the moment I entered my allergies were triggered from the smell of cigarette smoke and my room was 10 times worse! The room/carpet smelled moldy and I sneezed and coughed all night. I was offered a fan which I appreciated but the king suites definitely need some tender loving care. The staff was great but I would never choose to stay there again.

Check-in set the stage for a great visit when the young lady FAR exceeded expectations when she was able to move a few rhings around to accomodate my late request for an acessinble room with 'fewest steps possible'. She put is into a room that was literally 10 steps beyond the check-in desk!
The property is well-cared for, cozy, and welcoming - although its late-90s (dark woods, traditional carpets) is a bit tired. Lobby signage proclaims, "Please pardon our mess while we update."
I'll look forward to staying again!

This hotel is kind of off alone, away from most things. Great it you are looking to stay near I-90 and don’t need to be close to things. Plenty of parking, easy check-in.

We got in late and the desk person was Really nice. Room was really comfortable.

We stayed for a night on while on our way to the Badlanda. Clean, comfortable beds, relatively quiet for as close to the highway as it is, good breakfast. I would recommend staying here.

The blankets had holes in them. The staff was rude! The beds weren’t made! The pillows were on the FLOOR!! The hallway had dirt in them bad!

I had requested a roll in shower, I even called the hotel directly to confirm my request. I asked at check-in if this room had a roll-in-shower and the front desk said yes. Upon entering the room i checked and it was an accessible tub, NOT a roll-in-shower!! The tub didn't even have a hand held option!! The hassle of hauling in our luggage and not wanting to do it again, we made the decision to take off early in the morning and not bath/shower. Not acceptable And the pool/hot tub was out of order. Will NOT return

The best place we’ve stayed in years. Room was large, clean, spacious and comfortable. They were helpful with all our needs. I needed my ice packs to stay frozen, for medical purposes, and they put them in their freezer during our stay. Honestly I can’t say enough good things about this Quality Inn & Suites. I would definitely stay there again.

It was a very comfortable & clean. We stayed 1 night & it was so easy to hop off I-29 South to reach the hotel. Also very quiet & good breakfast options.

You could actually order items at this property. Very unique for a Quality inn. This included burgers, nuggets, pizza, and beer.

Overall room was good ,somewhat outdated. Wall socket and plate were loose and threw sparks when plugging in and taking cord out,(only socket above table).
