Great hotel w/very friendly staff. Provides airport shuttle service! Nice beds, restaurant on site and bar. Walkable plaza nearby, casino, movie theater, many restaurants including Brazilian steakhouse next door!

Hotel is conveniently located near the airport and close to customs. Ideal for work. Close to a shopping mall also.
Could use a more efficient key access system. I had to re set my key several times.
Rooms are spartan but good enough for business trips.

Room so old smell terrible I paid for two beds transfer me to one bed shower not working not my fault! Food front cane I shut not pay for this night ! Never again! One hour trying to fix the shower ! Went I just want to sleep

Overall it was a short trip is was great that’s all I have to say respect the dinner and breakfast was good

I was arrive late and only stay for one night. I wanted to sleep and I realized that the air conditioning was not working and I notified the reception and they told me that it was late and there was no technician and that they would send me a ventilator and that I would excuse them, they would give me another room next time. when I don't live there and I was just passing through.

My flight had an unexpected delay and I was not able to get to my reservation in time. No one offered help and told me that it’s a lost reservation and that they wouldn’t be able to refund or assist with me anything.

put a waiting area for the ones who arrive in the 0400 hrs plane and donnt get a room until 12. so they can rest and buy water and food even before the restaurante is open for buisness.

This is a good place to stay if you’re arriving in TJ from the airport. But if you’re leaving TJ it’s a little more difficult due to road conditions. It’s a one way road in front of the hotel and there are barriers to keep you from turning around and if there’s a lot of traffic you need to account for the extra time.
