Excellent place to stay, nice clean rooms and had a beautiful view of the marina and the Tetakawi mountain!

The person that checked me in was great and the hotel Manager. Felt very safe, the view was great and the buffet worth the mney.However, the lobby restrooms were poorly taken care of, one is missing the seat, the other had moskitos popping out when I lifted the cover seat. The suite I got had no shampoo and a 1 third toilet paper with no additionals rolls. Is a suite for 10 people and only 1 bottle of water. The bar by the pool was closed and the bartender at the restaurant argued with my father and niece over how that was "his easy day" and that was the reason for him taking 20 minutes to make 1 drink. Since there was no pool service that damped our experience a bit.

Very disappointed with the restaurant el embarcadero. The food was not great! The service was ok not very friendly. The place has great views and clean. But really lack in the service and food options.

Poor service. No desire to help with our needs. No toothbrushes, no toothpaste, no wine opener. Bad attitude

Overall the place it’s okay, clean room, nice pool. The bathroom door opens inward but the bathroom itself it’s really small, making it hard for people to open/shut the door and the same happens with the shower door. I had a bad experience when an employee opened my room unexpectedly, just with the pretext of checking if the room was free. I’m a bit skeptical about it, specially when I had my reservation and room cleaned the very same day and of course each room has a phone. Transportation from an to Hermosillo is hard to get and it can be expensive, Uber is supposed to be available but it always indicated “limited availability”.

It was very close to the boat i booked for fishng. Nice pools. Very clean and great views.

Gets 2 overall since they need to update the info one looks at when picking their hotel. No steam room as advertised and most of the other is behind a paywall for some spa. :Edit: Censored, no names but definitely choose who you book with.

Location very convinient. Hotel staff not helful. Had to remind them every day to clean our room. Was given a room at the timeshare towersnd elevetor not big enough for our family of 5.

Great place to stay in San Carlos. Fantastic view of Tetakawi mountains. It has a Fabulous location very close to restaurants, bars and coffee shops.

The ramps for handicap wheeled assistance should have some traction tape installed. Painted concrete not good. Left over soap and hair clips from previous guests was left in room. No refrigerator.
