Lovely stay at the Marine Hotel. Beautiful room with a sea view and balcony. Really good food and great service at the restaurant. Breakfast was delicious and there was even a sausage for the dog. Lovely stay and we'll be back!

Lovely 1 night stay in a very lovely large superior sea view room. (Room 9) Lovely huge sleigh bed, cute little balcony and large bathroom. Myself and my partner had a complimentary glass of wine for my birthday. Thanks! I’m coeliac/ gluten intolerant but breakfast was no issue at all, super helpful.

Wonderful couple of nights at The Marine. Great location, perfect for walking to Whitstable plus a wonderful view. Staff were all super friendly and efficient. Highly recommended staying here. We’ll be back for sure. Thanks all.

Very pleasant stay with lovely service and great breakfast. The location was perfect, right across the road from the beach. The rooms with balconies have a wonderful sea view.

All the staff were very helpful and accommodating food was good and prompt could not fault these 2 things. Made our anniversary stay special. The only problem we had as a mature couple was the bath/shower was unsuitable for elderly or disabled needs. ALL THE STAFF SHOULD BE PRAISED FOR THE HARD WORK THAT THEY DO TO MAKE PEOPLE WELCOME.

Wonderful stay at Marine Hotel in Whitstable. Relaxing feel to the hotel, lovely staff on reception, room was excellent. Service in the restaurant in the evening was great also during breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in Whitstable

Beautiful porsh excellent experience

A lovely hotel that has been renovated. A couple of flaky areas could be cleaned and removed and whilst our room was lovely with a sea view there was a problem with the shower where we couldn’t get it warm and when we did we couldn’t turn it off. The room was quite hot even with the aircon and was fixed at a minimum of 19c which is not low enough mid summer. Please note there is no mini bar fridge in the room and the WiFi keeps disconnecting. The breakfast and staff were great but we did notice some bickering with staff in front of customers during a busy spell the afternoon before. All in all a lovely hotel and very dog friendly but I would expect these issues to not happen for the price of the room

Staff very friendly, helpful and professional. Front gardens let the building down with dead weeds in planters and weeds growing in the gutters. Spoilt a popular area to have a drink outside.

A wonderful experience. Amazing staff, you can park right outside and walk into town or to the nearby park. Super comfortable room. Couldn't ask for more.

We enjoyed staying at Marine Hotel, we had dinner and breakfast at restaurant and impressed with the quality of food. The staff are attentive and friendly, specially to my 8 year old daughter. definitely recommend this hotel.

We loved the beautiful view and very friendly staff. Everyone was so helpful and polite. Our room was great and very clean!

We only stayed for 1 night after a day at Howletts but the staff were fantastic. It was our son’s 11th birthday and they really made him feel special. We've returned over several years and found it a very comfortable hotel with all the facilities you would expect. Sea view room is exceptional.

Very friendly and welcoming, great room, comfy bed, large bathroom, coffee machine with pods, good wine from bar and great breakfast. Highly recommend.

Lovely two night stay with a friend. Staff all cheerful friendly and helpful so full marks to them. This hotel felt friendly and rooms were cosy - you could adjust the heating (and in summer air con) which is really useful. Tea/coffee making facilities in room with an excellent selection of teas and coffee and hot chocolate - you also get a small flask of fresh milk. My friend and I both said that this is a hotel we would feel quite comfortable and safe in if travelling alone.

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed but pillows somewhat hard. Great location, super inclusive breakfast.

Thoroughly enjoyed the night ! Should have stayed longer! Definitely will be back. The staff are very friendly and they look like they love where they are working. Very helpful!
