We both absolutely loved this hotel - it was great to stay at a modern hotel after traveling around Sicily. The location is perfect, tons of shopping and restaurants across the piazza. We did not expect to have breakfast there, so it was a very nice surprise to be informed that it was complimentary! The breakfast itself had something for everybody, it was an excellent spread. We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was very spacious. The shower pressure was absolutely phenomenal although the shower itself wasn't large. .
The hotel staff was lovely from the front reception to the staff working the breakfast buffet. The front staff arranged our taxi pickup to the airport and the taxi was prompt, excellent stay!

The hotel is located right in front of the airport-shuttle bus stop. Safe and clean. The room was spacious.

Our visit did not disappoint us in any way!
Facility met our expectations and hospitality was gracious. Andrew, at front desk, was very professional and Giulio and his crew at rooftop restaurant were genuinely engaging!!!
Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Hotel was nice and clean. Just here one night on the way to the airport. Staff was very helpful and arranged a middle of the night airport transfer. Restaurant was good and had great views of the city. Good ice cream right next door.

I thought the hotel was decent and in a good location. Everyone was friendly and the hotel was clean. The hotel was a little old and my sink water handle kept coming off so that was a little annoying.
The only real complaint I have is that their check out time is too early.

Fantastic stay. Very pleased with the room, hotel and staff. Stop for shuttle to the airport was right in front of hotel. Meeting point for pick up for our day tour to Segesta was also right outside of hotel. Sky Rooftop bar and restaurant had fantastic views and great food and drinks. Visited rooftop both days of our stay.

Just the perfect place as a home base when staying in Palermo. You cannot find a better hotel while there. Solid 4 star hotel IMO. The staff were very friendly. Rooms clean and spacious. I would book again.

This hotel is in the perfect location for your stay in Palermo. It is a short walk to Via Ruggiero Settimo the Main Street with lots of shopping and restaurants. The Dior store is next door. It’s about a 10 minute walk to Quattro Canti, where there is always a man singing in the street. They have a rooftop restaurant and bar that has a beautiful view at night. From 5-6 there is drinks on the roof top. Breakfast is really good. They have a choice of fresh pastry fresh fruits eggs, cheese, bacon pistachio cake, fresh juices.

The hotel was perfect for our stay. Centrally located, we were able to walk from the hotel to shops, restaurants, gelato, and explore the city center. The rooftop bar was incredible! Not only did it have great views, but the food and drinks were impressive on their own.

Front desk staff stuck very much to the hotel script. Being unhelpful when we asked to change room to one with a bigger shower. We were told all showers were the same size (the showers are very small if soap is dropped it is very hard to pick up) even though photos showed larger showers

Front desk staff were top notch!! Friendly and helpful. Room was great. Property was conveniently located, clean and safe. The upstairs restaurant was incredible, best food and drinks in town!!! Definitely recommend staying here!!

Modern hotel in a great location. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily. The hotel is very quiet and the rooms were modern and well maintained. The location is fantastic. There is a shop for the airport bus just in front of our hotel.

A very mixed stay. Typical inner city hotel. Cant open curtains as you look at back of ugly buildings. Service was mixed. Went from very helpful to quite rude. Room was clean but shower was very (dangerously) slippery. The position of the hotel is the main reason to stay there!

We had a great time here. Lovely, spacious room overlooking the piazza. The staff were really helpful, and always someone available to ask. The breakfast was outstanding! We have never seen such a spread of different foods laid out for us! The location of the hotel is great for travelling around the city. All the main attractions are easily accesible by bus, taxi, or walking. Thoroughly recommended!

Very nice property, excellent. Convenient to shopping and dining.
They offer for valet parking for €23 a day.
I would’ve rated it at five, but we’ve been to other hotels in Sicily that were significantly more luxurious and where staff were much warmer.
I recommend that if you’re going to Palermo, you don’t need or want your own car to get around the city. Just walk or take a taxi. Parking is very difficult and it’s not an easy city to drive in. And I drive in New York City.
