Every year my sister and I travel to North Conway to shop and have some sister fun. This is our first time staying here and we were not disappointed. Our room was ready early, room was super clean, beds comfortable and the breakfast served was delicious. Barb was super friendly offering us her favorite restaurants! Thanks for a memorable trip, we’ll be back!

Arrived early due to storm arriving and we were allowed to check in early. Beyond thrilled. Everything and everyone was wonderful. also happy that we de were not limited to blocks of time for waterpark. another great perk for this hotel. TY

I booked this hotel for a family trip, as our kids love waterparks. It is a huge disappointment. The water park staff is rude. There is no soft pad in the water pool, and my kid landed on her heels hard on the concrete when she glided down. The lukewarm hot tub is for adults over 18 years old only, which is strictly reinforced by the waterpark staff. We went to the nearby Kahuna Laguna Indoor Water Park instead.

The cleanliness of our room was unacceptable. It was room #120. There are stains all over the carpet and the bathroom smelled like urine. Also, our cards to our room kept malfunctioning for whatever reason.

It was quite clean . Could use some updating, though, especially carpeting and heavy drapes in rooms. We were looking forward to the hot tub and extremely disappointed to discover it wasn’t working. We should have at least been informed at check-in, as we found out that it had not been working for a while.

This hotel had a water park which brought families with children. Our room was on the 3rd floor of 4 floors. The family in the room above us brought their dog along with having children. They left the dog in the room during the day while they were out. The dog barked at every sound while they were going. When there they played with the dog with some kind of toy they would throw. It was extremely noisy listening to the dog jumping off the bed and running to get the toy along with the kids squealing. I would recommend that families with dogs stay on the bottom floors so others don’t have to listen to the noise.

This was a great hotel. It was very pet friendly, which we loved, but also immaculately clean. We enjoyed the hot breakfast daily, and also the waterslides. It was in a great location, not far from many shops and restaurants.

Waterpark was a little disappointing. No actual swimming. pool. No one under 18 was allowed in the Hot Tub, which disappointed our teen kids. Rooms were fine, nothing special, for what we paid for rooms. Staff was friendly, place is clean. We didn't stay there for free breakfast, preferred to eat at a restaurant..

There isn’t a pool for adult swimming only children’s slides & shallow pool.

This was the dirtiest nosiest hotel I have ever stayed in I chose this hotel because of the water “park” the one slide my 4 year old could use definitely was not worth the money. There was hair all over bathroom and gunk in the sink. Everything in the room from curtains to rugs was stained or in need of a deep clean. The sheets had a substance that definitely not a stain but a dirty sheet I called the front and they dropped of a clean set for me to change them myself. The noise from above beside and in the hallway kept us awake and or woke us up at all hours we were exhausted all day
Breakfast was the only good thing about this place different every morning with staff refilling and cleaning constantly.

The staff were all so nice. Everything was clean and fresh smelling. Breakfast was perfect.
The only thing we didn’t like was the pool area. The pictures made it look like you could swim but you cannot. Pools are for slide use only.

The staff was pleasant and helpful with everything - missing soap or broken toilet seat were immediately replaced. Breakfast was good size and nice to have included in the price. The room on ground floor was, however, a bit outdated and dump. The carpeted floor and armchair were moist, inside the nightstand’s drawer there was mold starting to show. The kids liked the water slides, although once we could not enter due to exceeded occupancy.

The property was nice but the pool area was not what I expected. You cannot swim in the water expect for a couple of hours a day. The staff was very nice and helpful.

the room itself was fine, no different or better than any other hotel room. it was more expensive than most other comparable rooms and i thought the cost increase would be justified by the "water park", we chose this hotel because of said water park as we had a 10 year old with us that loves to swim! unfortunately the water park was a joke, 2 slides and toddler pool, no regular pool for adults at all so just really not family friendly at all. we werent expecting 6 flags water park obviosly but what they had wasnt worth the extra money, we definatly would have preferred just a regular pool for all. lesson learned.
