We stayed for one night. The room was comfortable although the AC and WiFi did not work properly in the room. We opened a window which helped a bit but we were hot and stuffy all night and had to sit in the cafeteria to use WiFi. The bed was comfortable and bathroom nice. We didn’t get a chance to use the gym. We had dinner at the restaurant downstairs which was fairly priced but just average with slow service, is definitely recommend going into town and eating at a better spot! There was free parking and it was quiet. I guess what can you expect from a budget hotel?

this hotel is absolutely horrible. there's absolutely no A/C in the room and no wifi. the only place you will get a breeze is in the lobby by the front desk and that's also the only place you will get a weak signal wifi from the office.

Out of town. Wouldn't say it was a good area, handy as it's close to the road. .........................I won't be back........................................................................

Travelling long distance and we stopped off here as a for a place to grab a bite to eat and a sleep before an early start again the next day. Hotel was OK, the restaurant wasn't open due to it being the weekend and therefore we had to look locally for an evening meal, the choices were limited. Parking and Check in was safe and good. The reception staff were helpful.Bedroom was clean and functional. Wifi was poor in the room due to a problem on the day that the reception staff were trying to resolve but that didnt seem to get achieved. Beds were odd. more like a glorified canp bed than a bed you would expect in a hotel, metal squeak frame, however mattress and aircon were good so we were able to get a fair nights sleep. Would stay here again but would look else where before I did, maybe a bit of forward thinking and planning on our part would have prewarned us, hopefully if anyone reads this they will take what I have said into consideration.

Good location, close to local transit and shopping. Quiet area in industrial section. Easy access to Pomplano. Room spacious, clean comfortable. Very friendly, helpful staff

Good quality hotel but not easy to find using the satnav on my car. Spacious rooms, queen size bed, and a bath. Breakfast was very good, great selection. This is the seciond time we have stayed and will definately stay again. Free WiFi, and secure parking, always a must when travelling with a car full of luggage!

The location of the hotel makes it ideal for business purposes, but it is good also for family stays as I went with my kids and they enjoyed the time there. The hotel staff has been superb, I couldnt be happier with the people in Reception, Cleaning and Restaurant. The food in the Restaurant is very good and affordable. Internet service is free and has good reception and speed, so connectivity service is definitely not a problem in the Hotel.Location wise it is about 10 minute walk from the nearest bus stop (which has regular buses to the city in a 15 minute trip) and close to supermarkets and a big shopping center with amenities. It is better to have a car but it is not fundamental.I want to thank everybody there and I will be staying in Hotel Agustinos again for sure.

The room had the sun on it all day long and was over 35 c in the room we went to reception to inform them that the air con was not working only to be told that it was switched off for the winter. It advertiser's air con on the web site . this made a very uncomfortable night.

This place is difficult to find without a detailed map or GPS. Its modern and quiet, in a commercial/industrial zone far from the old city or any urban amenities. There is an in-house restaurant which was adequate, and free parking out front. The staff were pleasant. The wifi was difficult to access and very slow, nearly useless.

Great hotel. Not too easy to find but well worth the effort. Good value. Clean and well equipped room. Tea/coffee would have been welcome though. Breakfast very good with lots of choice. We were offered eggs and bacon. Fresh eggs, fried to perfection, a real treat. Very friendly. Secure parking. We have the hotel in our SatNav and will stay again.

Modern hotel, very nice, free parking too. This is a practical location to stay, not scenic, no restaurants around but the city is accessible from here. Depends what you prefer and are looking for. Staff were helpful and polite if not the most professional I've come across. No complaints, it's everything that I expected and chose based on the reviews I'd read.

Very good service from staff who tried to solve the wifi problems but it kept cutting out

Wifi didn't work. Multiple complaints from a number of people didn't make a difference. The hotel is 15 minutes walking distance from the nearest bus stop. Limited staffing resulted in no one being at the front desk when trying to check in. Had to walk the floor to find someone. In summary, if wifi, customer service, and bus travel are not important, the hotel is an acceptable place to stay.
