Fantastic hotel, down by the docks. Wonderful scenery, comfy bed, great shower, and the hotel restaurant is top quality.

It was comfortable and a good location. Breakfast was good and staff were very helpfull and friendly. Bar food was average Fish and chips not good.

Climate control kept shutting down AC system several times each night. Room was stuffy and needed the unit operating to sleep comfortably. Mentioned this to the manager, who said it was probably a faulty sensor on the unit, and it would be fixed. Otherwise, nice place. Friendly people. Good food in the restaurant. Good bar service. Parking? There is a on-the-property parking garage which is very small. If you are a tourist coming from another country and driving anything but a subcompact, you will find the garage a challenge if you can find a space at all. Otherwise, you'll be parking somewhere in the area around the hotel.

We stayed for a few days. Love the location of the property. Our room was on second floor and overlooked the outdoor patio below. At times it was quite noisy. Would hope if I stayed again to be away from the patio area. Breakfast was good. Staff nice. I had a massage but the pool was completely occupied by a group of soccer kids teenage. I had hoped to enjoy the pool but could not. They were throwing a football and it seemed completely out of control Not the zen experience I was paying for and what was advertised. The staff on hand seemed to ignore what was going on. I told the staff when I checked out of the hotel.

Not a fan of the car parking, as very small car spots. Could easily damage your car. No other choice though.

Gorgeous hotel .. everything about it was very nice. Very quiet location but a couple of nice bars nearby. Would definitely recommend if visiting Westport.

Location is perfect. Entryway is tired and weather beaten. Lobby area is not inviting and needs a refresh. Staff were delightful. Rooms were pleasant.

Property was clean, rooms are a good size. We received wine & cupcakes & chocolate in our room on arrival, which was a nice touch. It is located on the water but you would need a car to drive into town.
Restaurant was good but as we are travelling all round Ireland we are pretty much finding every menu to be the same. Breakfast was included but the young staff working there really have no idea and leave tables uncleared, jobs half done, clean cups are picked up by putting their fingers inside the cups, really they just wandered around aimlessly, leaving people waiting to be seated with no acknowledgment and often forget coffee or extras that may have been ordered.

We loved the coastal location. The city center had so many beautiful sights and shops and places to eat. All the staff in the spa area were helpful. We used the spa and pool areas.

Fantastic! Only downside is that balconies allow smoking, which my next door neighbour took full advantage of. This led to unwelcome smells. Otherwise great rooms, great spa!

Overnight stay on an Irish road trip. Very good hotel which on the whole we thoroughly enjoyed. There were a couple of issues but these were resolved in a reasonable manner. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Westport

Experienced a very enjoyable one night stay. Room was spacious, modern and very clean with many amenities. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. Great location with many shops and restaurants close by. Highly Recommend.

An excellent stay in our harbourfront room - they have a restaurant with an excellent view and good food on the top floor. Everything was fine except the weather was freezing and wet!
