It was a beautiful location with fantastic hosts. Breakfast was so good and the view of the lake was extraordinarily great. It was peaceful and quiet, especially at night on the dock & with a cup of coffee in the morning. Glorious!!! Moose room looks out in lake and is very spacious. Highly recommendable B&B.

We had a wonderful stay at Kiwassa Lake B&B. I was there with my parents for the Lake Placid Iron Man. We stayed for three nights. It was a beautiful, quiet setting and a great place to relax. It is on a beautiful lake and boats are available to guests. We stayed in the unit with a double and a queen, which included a full kitchen. The unit was charming and the couches and beds were comfortable. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning and the weather was hot, so the unit was hot at night. Marjorie was a wonderful host and took care of us. This unit did not include breakfast, but she was able to accommodate us on one of the mornings anyway. Overall, I highly recommend.

Beautiful, quiet location by a lake. There is a well stocked shared kitchen area which is very useful in case you want to make tea, or coffee, or you need wine glasses etc. The room was clean and very spacious. Great place!

Great small B&B right on a lake, with only 4 large, well appointed rooms. Nice, helpful hosts. Access to canoes, kayaks, and waterways. Great lodge feeling, with Adirondack decor. Kitchen available for guests. Quiet.

We had a wonderful stay last weekend! It was the perfect, relaxing spot to unwind and to celebrate our anniversary. Margery is the perfect B&B host--- engaging but not intrusive... and makes a fabulous breakfast paying attention to guests dietary needs. I can't recommend this place any more highly!!!

Kiwassa B&B and cabins are truly a treasure, nestled among trees & lakes in the heart of the Adirondacks, yet only 3 miles to town. The owners are nothing short of hospitable and gracious. We can't say enough wonderful things about our stay. Breakfast was amazing every morning, the detail and workmanship in the rooms and cabins make you feel welcomed and comfortable. We will be back to celebrate our honeymoon this summer!

We went in the dead of winter on a slow weekend and we were the only people there. The solitude was much needed. The house keeper was very helpful with finding things for us to do and making us breakfast. I would definitely come again!

The breakfast nook is incredible... a big picture window looking out at a picturesque lake in the Adirondacks. The room was extremely cozy and clean, as was the entire B&B. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed for 3 nights while my husband did Ironman triathlon. It was well outside Lake Placid which we actually ended up really liking. Owners were great, really comfortable room that was very large. We stayed with our 2 sons who are 24 and 18 and they enjoiyed as well. Took kayaks out on beautiful lake. Overall was a great stay.

This is a nice little rustic place, far off the beaten track, and the hosts are friendly and helpful. But for the price, I did expect housekeeping every day and maybe a few amenities in the bathroom. Be prepared to carry your own luggage upstairs, wash any dishes you use in the common guest kitchen, and pay rental fees for canoes or boats. The breakfast provided is good, the scenery is great, but keep your expectations of service and luxury low.
