I did not like that I reserved a 2 bed room and they did not have one when we Arrived. they did upgrade to another room but it was dirty and smelled (trash was left under the counter from the previous stayed customers) We also finish our business before the 3 days reserved and we advised them 2 days before that we would be leaving the following day. when the time came they said it was up expedia to refund me because they hadn't being paid by expedia yet.

The place was amazing when we arrived i was extremely happy with the place and staff. But at night they allow the people who stay to make all the noize they want till 2pm they rent out the hall located above and they had DJ and people speaking/singi g on the microphone. Both nights that we stayed they allowed these people to party and never did anything to quiet them. We even compmained woth the manager the night before and still nothing was done. Lets just say this WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! So sad bc this place has so much potential

Overall wonderful stay, would stay here again. The two main negatives were how loud it was both nights we stayed there, until 2:30am. I feel that there should be “quiet hours” enforced since a hotel is for resting and sleeping. The other negative was some very cold, unwelcoming servers in the restaurant but we did have one really wonderful server that was so appreciated.

Major construction projects going on right in front of property. Very hard to get to. Not convenient at all. Beds feel as though you’re sleeping on top of a rock

Very beautiful property! Outstanding and friendly staff! Mr. Salvador at the registration went above and beyond to help us! And the restaurant offers a variety of food all delicious!

The hotel itself is in what looks like a decent area, they have a restaurant and bar on site but nothing within walking distance. The bigges issue is, there was no hot water in the morning for a shower. I was traveling the day off and wanted a warm shower as I'd be traveling for 2 days. Had to soak a rag and spot clean myself because the water was cold.

The property had Wi-Fi. But the Wi-Fi did not go to the Internet. Road construction outside of the hotel made it very difficult to get to the hotel and to leave the hotel. Otherwise the property was well appointed. The beds in the room were excellent! The breakfast was excellent and included in the price of the room.

Went I book the rooms it’s specify free breakfast. In the morning the hotel receptionist tried to tell me it was no free . I told her I have my reservation details and specify free breakfast for 3 in each room . She acted like she was giving free food . Then she said I’ll give the breakfast coupons and I’ll comunícate this with my manager.

everyone was super stingy about everything and the employees had a bad attitude and if you asked them for something they tried to get out of doing what you asked.

Horrible, bad! This is not a hotel as marketed by Expedia, is a motel at the best, worst “hotel” that I stayed, please stay away from this place. The “hotel” uses old metal keys with a big plastic ring attached, I found a huge roach in the shower, water took too long to come out hot, bed was small and very hard felt like sleeping on the hard floor with cardboard as a cushion, was very loud the bed is very close to the hallway you can hear people’s conversations, traffic of busy road is loud, I kept waking up during the night due to strange noises in the room, I was charged more that Expedia quoted me during booking, finally the free WiFi is bad that it doesn’t seem to work, Expedia should remove this “hotel” from their list. Everything was bad

I was pleasantly surprised with the Villa Del Sol Hotel in Morelia, Michoacan. The Hotel Staff was very helpful, the hotel is conveniently located to the Morelia International Airport and close to public transportation. he restaurant was small but clean, breakfast was prepared fresh for me as I ordered. I am looking forward to staying at the Villa Del Sol again in the near future. By booking through Hotels.com I received a ridiculously low price for my room; I would have have expected to much more than I did.

It was in early November and quite chilly at night but no heat in the room. There was never any hot water to shave or to shower with., only slightly warm in the mornings. The lighting in the bathroom is practically next to none. Room was very clean and tidy and the staff was mostly extremely friendly and cordial.
