Great room, comfortable bad and very clean. But one problem no bottled water. Went to vending and it was broke. Went to Ruth Chris’s Steak House and they wanted $8.00 per bottle so I had to walk two blocks in pouring rain to get affordable drinks(water).

Check in was very slow. A check in line stretching across the lobby. Finally a second clerk came back off break….

First of all, shame on Hotels.com for advertising this hotel as Ceasars, when it was Harrah's. There are two hotels in NOLA under the Caesars name. The old Harrah's was taken over by Caesars but has not been refurbished yet. The pictures online make it look like you will be in the new hotel but beware, you are not. I made my issue known to the front desk clerk and concierge. They did try to make it right, but it was such a fiasco that we just stayed put. Needless to say, our room never got cleaned the whole time because you had to request cleaning...who knew???? Anyway, this is not a Harrah's issue, I blame Hotels.com and will probably not use them again. The staff at Harrah's tried their best to make us happy and for that I commend them. Having said, the Harrah's hotel is very old and tired and not very clean. They can do better in keeping the hotel rooms up and dusted, painted, wallpaper glued back and holes in the bed frame fixed. It's as if they have let the hotel go until they got the new one open, sad actually because it is a nice hotel but in need of TLC.

We stayed 3 nights, check in was unprofessional took forever to get checked in. First room they gave us had guests still in it. Had deluxe king room booked. Our room was a two queen certainly not very deluxe. Head board had stains all over it. Definitely not Caesar quality elevators were filthy. Breakfast was awful.

The check in desk was very helpful, but the valet and bell service left much to be desired. They were not attentive or friendly. I loaded and unloaded my own luggage from and to the car. There were many staff standing around doing a whole lot of nothing, when they could have been helping the many people waiting for cars or luggage.

We were charged for early check in without actually receiving an early check in. Lobby bathrooms were disgusting and all stalls were missing toilet paper. Our room was also dirty, light switches were sticky and it looked like something had spilled all over the radio and was never cleaned. We stated that 4 adults would be staying in the room but we're only left with enough towels for 1-2 people.
Not worth the money in my opinion, and will not be staying again.

Unfriendly unhelpful staff. Worn out carpet and holes in sheets and bread spread. Extra charges for WiFi and fitness center. It was quiet but not worth the money and I would not stay here again.

The hotel had excellent service from the door (doorman) to the front desk. The location was great. You are in walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment.

There was a water advisory in place so no ice. I could have lived with that but our Fridge did not work either. Complained 3 times (2 hrs apart) was promised service all three times, the last by Supervisor Mike. No service. Went to use the ironing board and it fell apart into 3 pieces cutting my foot! Requested room service, did not get. Was told the maids didn't understand English so they only cleaned certain rooms. This hotel was not anywhere near what we experienced in other cities.

I liked the desk people, doormen and bell captain. Had to ask for soap in room, which they brought same day. hotel is very clean, but some updating is needed and tunnel to casino was still being worked on (i know mother nature). Like i said phone did not work. Would i stay there again YES nothing major to complain about.

I’ve stayed at Cesar’s properties in Vegas and this was not that kind of experience. The Hotel was clean and comfortable but the service was unacceptable. I don’t complain about service unless it negatively contributes to the experience and this was definitely the case. Smart ass valet that acted like we were wasting his time, front desk had one person who was unfriendly and was more concerned about telling us about the resort fee then anything about accommodations and a hotel room with basic toiletries. I would only stay here if it was cheaper than others in the area

We did Not feel welcomed at check in . The lady that checked us in, mentioned that if we wanted a change of clean towels it would be more expeditious if we would go to the front desk and request them , from the 7th floor after a 9 hr drive . Following two days we still had a towel issue ? We have been to New Orleans four previous times , never had issues .
