We had a wonderful stay. It was our third visit to the island, but our first time staying at The Somerset. We will be back! The staff is warm, friendly and caring. The grounds are beautiful and clean. Foster and Winston in particular made this stay very special. They went above and beyond with their kindness and helped me figure out some travel issues I encountered with success.

We stayed had a great vacation at The Somerset with our kids who are 12 and 14. It is a quiet resort, the grounds are very nice, the beach is beautiful and all of the staff we great! The condo we stayed in was very spacious and cleaned daily including turn down service each night. I would highly recommend staying here.

Staff lovely and friendly. Property well maintained. Breakfast included was a huge disappointment. Some few choices every day. I was expecting a changing daily breakfast. Restaurant on premises is independent of Somerset and food not very good. Would stay here again

Fabulous property. Residences were huge and extremely well-equipped. House keeping and turn down service was great. All the staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Had the best trip!

The Somerset is an absolutely breathtaking and peaceful spot to visit. You can't beat the location on Grace Bay - or the view! Their staff is exceptional, and make you immediately feel at home.

Amazing location, incredible property and amenities, but the. Ray was the hospitality and staff! Can’t say enough in how wonderful everyone was- from checkin, to Bill helping with activities, to the bar/restaurant seas and beach personnel - couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. Definitely will be back!

I was so happy with the somerest , we had a 2 bedroom villa , that also had a car garage , so so much space and much more provided , beach was more than great and service impeccable, make sure to make reservations for the Tuesday night fire restaurant show it’s a must !!! Kids felt so safe and could go from one place to the other with out us even paying them attention !! Overall one of the best resorts I have ever been to .

We were anxious about taking our two year old to a condo resort where we might disturb relaxation time for others. How misplaced this anxiety was! I have traveled to many destinations and none match the "community" that this resort provided our family. From the amazing service by Berry, getting the crib in place for a nap after we arrived, to Claudine and Loxley being such amazing friends to our son, this trip left our 'fun' gas tanks on full!

We had a wonderful stay at the Somerset and are already planning our next trip there. This is a beautiful property at a great location and very nicely maintained. The entire staff (specially Gary, Winston, chef Eversley) were very friendly and pleasant, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

My husband and I had been to Turks and Caicos a few years ago and were so excited to take our 4 kids back. The Somerset was beautiful! Our ocean villa easily accomodated our large family, it was beautifully decorated. The staff was amazing, from the front desk and housekeeping to the beach waiters and staff. We had a fabulous trip and can't wait to go back.

This was our 5th trip to the Caribbean in the past 2.5 years. We always stay in 5 star resorts and were thrilled with The Somerset. Our condo, Flintwick One, was amazing. Decor, size, beds, sheets, WIFI, Sonos, etc. were absolutely perfect. It was 3 bed / 3 bath and just steps from pool and beach. We were surprised by the outdoor hot tub, W/D, and outdoor dining which we didn't known we would have with our room. Kitchen was gorgeous with all Viking appliances, wine fridge, ice machine, etc. Also so pleased at check-out to discover not a single extra "resort" charge on the bill. The concierge was extremely helpful before the trip and booked airport transportation, dinner reservations, 2 scuba trips, and spa appointments for us. We enjoyed the entire staff. Breakfast everyday was great and on Monday night they served delicious apps and drinks at pool to all the guests. I would give it 10 out of 10 stars.

Amazing resort on Grace Bay! The service at the front desk to the beach attendants was outstanding! We had a very nice room (overlooking the croquet lawn) and they accommodated us by allowing an earlier check in due to our flight arriving in the afternoon. We highly recommend the Somerset and would stay here again! Also, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning!

Excellent accommodations stayed in a 2 bedroom ocean villa. Very clean! The staff tries hard but seem to lack the training required to make this resort a true 5 star property. The resort is very quiet not much going on if you’re looking for a place to just kick back relax and unwind then this is for you.

We were thoroughly pleased with our 2 room residence#5 at the Somerset. It exceeded all of our expectations in spaciousness, cleanliness, and amenities. Even though this condo was not beach front, we were only a few minutes walk to the worlds #1 beach and beautiful large pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We usually go on cruises and we were looking for a place we could just go and relax this year without bringing all the extra clothing. We definitely found it at the Somerset. If my wife and I could retire now and buy a place, it would be here. It’s truly a piece of paradise.
