We stayed on The 4th floor and it smelled like cigarette smoke. Also from 1am-3am someone was running down the halls and then people were laughing loudly in the halls.

Have stayed here several times when traveling between San Diego and Salado. Always outstanding service and condition of hotel. One point this trip is that the shower did not function as it should.

For the price of the room was high and no mirror in restroom 280 bucks a night on a Monday wife had booked hote . Would have been nice to have a mirror in restroom instead of wiring and fixture only room was clean and comfortable and breakfast amazing

Our stay was very relaxing! The beds are very comfortable! Loved the king sz suite!😍Theres many restaurants close by Logan's, Outback Steakhouse, Taco Cabana just to name a few and stores as well! Ill definitely be booking when we come back again!

This is your basic Holiday Inn Express. It had the typical thin towels and only 2, empty Kleenex box, etc. it was very clean and quiet.

The staff member that checked me in was sweet and welcoming. The day of check out I walked out of my door to find my “receipt” on the floor outside my door. With my full name and address, not sure why. When I tried to ask the front desk he was on the phone and didn’t even acknowledge me along with other customers waiting. At check out time nobody was anywhere to be found. Area was convenient, the room was decent, but I don’t suggest staying here.

Fairly easy access from I-10 (east or west).
Arrived at the location about 8:30pm. No one was present at the lobby desk (sign on counter said "Will return shortly"). Waited approximately 15 minutes for the desk clerk to arrive. Check in was okay.
The room was large and fairly well appointed, however it did have an odd smell when we firstwalkedin. .. (couldn't pin-point exactly what it was).
Bed and pillows were very comfortable.
The bathroom was okay, but the sliding glass shower doors were messed-up (badly out of adjustment), and were dragging on the frame, and required a lot of effort to open & close (and would not close fully).
I expected better from Holiday Inn, particularly at >$200 per night.
The issues were brought to tbe attention of the desk clerk upon check-out.
We only stayed one night, traveling through El Paso, on our way home to central Texas.

I had forgotten my dark socks to wear while in the motel room…so I wore white socks OMG my socks was still clean on the bottom no stains s at all . I love the cleanness in the motel room and also thru out the building. Service was awesome… breakfast was delicious. I will come back again to this motel.

My vehicle was damage at the property. The fuel tank of the vehicle got a hole on the right side.
The shower water was to hot, the mixer valve did not work properly. It was not possible to regulate the water temperature.

Our trip was very comfortable. We were in town for a funeral so at the end of the days we just wanted to relax and recharge for the next day. This Hotel definitely gave us that. Home away from home. The staff on day and night were so sweet and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The indoor pool and the gym were excellent. Thank you for a great stay at the time we needed it the most.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was close to restaurants and stores. The only thing is that the staff seemed to lack awareness. They vacuumed while I was trying to get an issue resolved. I had an issue with the authorization hold on my card. When I tried to explain my issue/concerns to the front desk I didn’t feel like I was being heard or understood.
Overall it was a nice stay though. We had many family members and friends stay there a during the same trip. We would stay again.

Location worked great for us. We arrived in evening and the gal at desk was friendly and helpful. Welcoming and clean. The only downfall was the pool was closed for maintenance.
