The staff was able to get me an early check in and was able to accommodate me to a handicap accessible room. The staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Minor problem with one of the key cards. Breakfast standard with lots of choices.

Place is always clean, my only complaint the older lady at the front isnt very welcoming. Almost like she dont like working there.

Great central hotel to stay at, it is located near shopping center. Very clean and staff if great! This is my go to stay when working late and need a place to crash

I had an amazing stay for 7 nights! The bed and pillow were super comfy and the room was spotless.The front desk staff, room service, and the lovely ladies in the breakfast room were all so friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back!

Our stay was amazing the front desk agent was extremely helpful and helpful. After a long drive it was wonderful to be able to access our room as we had a function to attend and would have been very late returning. It was great being able to get dressed in a room versus a bathroom. She was wonderful. Thank you all for such great service.

I was looking for newspapers for 2 days in the lobby. The hotel website said that newspapers are available.

The woman who checked us in seemed bothered we were there and she was impossible to understand. Why was she working the front desk? I work in hospitality and think that being greeted is important. Just a basic hello would’ve been nice.

Very nice location for accommodation but it’s a bit far from dt and other areas.

It was closer to the restaurants which is convenient, but everything else was horrible and they have someone complaining about kids as we do have kids with us on the trip. I am not sure if that’s a kids friendly hotel. In addition, the breakfast room is too small. No seats.

Overall stay was good. Rooms were clean. Parking spaces are very narrow.

I have stayed here many times. Each time is a very pleasant stay. The only complaints I had and this is the second time is the check-in with May. I arrived around 8:30 pm. She had this RBF and did not greet at all. When I signed on the screen for my initial payment- toward the end, there’s an offer to sign up for their program. I had questioned about it and she cleared the screen before I even ask her about the program. She responded in a rudeness and said all I had to do was put in my email. Anyways, I didn’t have energy to argue with her. She gave me my room key and I left. I wished she had some training for a better and friendlier customer service. Overall, my stay and the breakfast were great. The staff were friendly too.

Clean facility , check in process was quick, parking is good and safe! The room is nice, bed is comfort, however the bathroom is very tiny. Overall, it’s convenient location in Monterey park.

The workers super friendly. Breakfast was great and the lady staff in the kitchen amazing.

The lobby is dirty and stinking. Parking around the property was limited and hard to find. However, the room is OK for one night stay.
