I had a fantastic one-night stay at this hotel! The walking trail right outside was a wonderful bonus, and the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. A special shoutout to Irene, who made the experience beyond amazing with her exceptional service. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay, except the bar nearby plays the music obnoxiously loud outdoors late at night, even when no one was out there the whole time. Beds are very comfortable. The staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet on Saturday was a terrific spread. Hopefully something can be compromised about the music, otherwise highly recommend. Maybe we’ll request staying on the other side of the hotel if we go back.

There were bugs in our room and it was also dusty. The pullout couch was not cleaned and found little toys and trash in it. I went to tell the front desk about it and they said they would send housekeeping to check it out and when housekeeping arrived all they said was that they would notify the cleaning ladies that way it was brought to their attention to pull out the couch and clean around it and just do a better job about cleaning. They did not offer a room replacement and just left the trash and bugs for me to clean up, we ended up staying in that hotel and room throughout our stay and everything around in other hotels were sold out. My son ended up getting either bug bites or an allergic reaction throughout his entire body. I do not plan on staying at this hotel ever again.

Super loud music blaring from club next door all night. Pretty terrible. Don’t stay here if you actually want a good night’s sleep. Staybridge should actually put that on their website.

I was so impressed with how clean and new my room felt! It was perfect for cooking and working. The beds were so comfy too! Only downsides were the fan in my room was loud when it would automatically turn on that it would wake me up. Once I learned how to turn it off, there weren’t any problems. Additionally, I don’t know if this is because of the pandemic but the breakfast tasted old like some items had been left out too long. The hotel is around so many restaurants and the personal kitchen is great so you have plenty of other options.

The hotel is right next to a bar called cowboys. They had their doors open blasting music till 2am. You can vlearly hear all that from the hotel. They should communicate with the bar and let them know of these issues.

The hotel was very noisy. My family and I were awake most of the night due to all the ruckus. The hotel had a strong smell of paint thinner and paint. The free breakfast consisted of fruit bars and old packaged muffins. The pet fee was ridiculously high. Based on the experience we had at the Staybridge In Laredo, we would’ve been better off at the MOTEL 6 across the street. We paid more for a “better” hotel and turned out to be a bad experience. NEVER AGAIN!

This hotel needs renovation. The air conditioner in the room makes the room very cold, even if you set on 74 and it's very loud. The lobby should serve coffee 24/7. There is no tea in the room. The mini-market (The Pantry) doesn't have many choices. They will refer you to the gas station across the parking. The hotel is very close to the airport, about 25 minutes walk. They have a shuttle service to the airport but you cannot reserve. Should be lucky to get it.

Usually stay at another hotel not far from this hotel but for the night I needed they wanted 3x what I usually pay so I gave Staybridge a try and I will be using them from now on

Room was hot and muggy...lots of moisture. Was not given credit for the night or offered how to help. They offered that I move to another room...that was practically impossible. I had a young child and couldn’t do that...

Under construction; duty room, painting odor was very strong... Towels are so hard that can scratch...elevator not working properly... Breakfast was okay good coffee; but due to the hotel room condition I will not stay here again... Cannot believe they kept 2nd floor open for guests...

Very convenient location, staff is super friendly, rooms were nice & clean, good choices on comp breakfast, the free beer & wine T-Th evenings can't be beat, and good comp food T-Th as well. I'm having my company book me there from now on when I'm down there
