Check in was ok we ask for discounts from jobs n other offers they told none were good, room was not good wet floors, roaches in the bed, floors, walls n bathrooms. Breakfast was horrible. Won’t come back.

The hotel hallways were hot. The carpet felt sticky and damp, and it smelled like a dirty sock hamper! The room felt muggy and it smelled like mildew!

The hallways were very hot. Our room was missing the TV remote & the phone didn’t work. Then our room had a bunch of ants by the AC. The staff was wonderful but their hands were tied considering they couldn’t do much to resolve those issues. They eventually moved us rooms but this was at 11:30pm, when we had to wake up the next day and check out early. Overall it was a frustrating and inconvenient experience.

Moisture was terrible in the room; carpet,floor, were wet bed was kind of wet,all metal fixtures were rusted tub was rusted too, we were too tired to even move to a new room.the staff were really nice.

At first went online to reserve the 2 rooms for my trip if I hadn’t called the hotel property my rooms wouldn’t have be booked but when I got there had to wait a while and the mosquitos were bad other than that everything else was ok hotel needs an upgrade kind of dark and parking for handicap is terrible

Our rooms were clean and cold, the hallway and lobby were extremely hot and humid. It was hard to get the cart on and off the elevator due to the floor being messed up.

Bed bugs!! That should say it all but everything was bad. Shower rusted. Dirty towels with pubic hair. Toilet seat paint chipping. Electrical Outlets without proper installation and wires showing. Ac not working properly. Humid musty smell in halls. Downright dirty. I don’t believe this to be completely the fault of the staff. These kind of problems come from the top. Clearly this hotel is not being maintained at all. Shame on Wyndham. Staff was understanding and refunded me when I checked out at midnight to go home after finding the bed bug in my daughters’ bed. Drove hours to get home in the middle of the night. Very stressful.

The employee who assisted me was very rude and unethical, even though my reservation was fully paid, she demanded a cash deposit of $200 dollars plus my credit card as a condition that I would use my room, I asked her what happens if I don't bring the $200 dollars in cash? and she answered in a less than pleasant way that she would cancel my reservation! I asked her why she demanded all of that in order to reserve and she told me because my address is in McAllen Texas!!! I don't understand these supposed hotel rules, BY THE WAY I WILL NOT STAY IN THIS HOTELS AGAIN.

The property is not in good condition, had to change the room because of multiple issues, there was no coffee on the morning during the breakfast time!!!! and many more problems

The front desk was left unmanned. Waited 8-10 minutes to check in. Room key didn’t work. Room was too small for pet, had to pay an additional fee for a bigger room in addition to paying a pet fee. No lock on bathroom door. Rust in the tub. Odor in the hallways.

Absolutely zero water pressure so don’t be expecting to be able to wash your hair. The hallways were hot and muggy. The front desk was hard to get someone to come to the actual desk. I ended up standing in the lobby and calling the phone to get someone to come to the desk. The beds were comfortable and the ac in the room worked good.

The lady at the front desk was great! The lady in the dining areas was friendly. The beds were comfortable. The only complaint is the room is cramped where the desk is in the room.

The staff was very friendly but the overall hotel is very much so "you get what you pay for".
It is very old, dirty and the walls are super thin (we could hear our neighbors whole conversation) it is definitely in need of renovations.
The continental breakfast was good they had several options.
The location is good only 15 mins from down town.
Overall my family had a good stay!

The property was dirty. It was advertised to sleep 5, but only have 2 queen beds. No other place to sleep. The toilet didn’t work for a while night we were there and no one could help, or would help. We only stayed 2 out of the 5 nights we booked.

We like LaQuinta but will avoid this one in the future. Not as clean and comfortable as we were used to with other LaQuinta's. We wanted to take the kiddos to the pool that evening but there was a large group there drinking at the pool, pretty rowdy. They were loud until late into the night in the hotel as well. I had also added a late checkout and then no longer need it but was not refunded for it which was frustrating. At checkout I was told to try to call on a day the manager would be in to see if I could get a refund.

Not only was there a girls softball team running up and down the halls screaming and laughing through the night, their parents were downstairs in the parking lot tailgating. The parents were blocking several parking spots that were inconvenient to us due to our room being on that side of the building. We had to park on the opposite side and carry our stuff to the other side of the building. So disappointing and probably will never stay there again. The staff tried to do all they could to quiet the girls but never made the parents who I might add were drunk outside while their kids were causing commotion inside to move their party elsewhere. Could not rest peacefully or get some sleep with all the commotion going on.

Checking in and out was effortless! We had a total of 5 rooms with 22 people. While we weren’t on the same floor we had rooms close enough to each other on separate floors. We were unaware that the hotel was under construction. The first night our room would not cool and we were moved flawlessly.
The entire stay 5 days/4 nights however the pool was not cleaned nor was our room. We asked on several occasions for more towels and toilet paper but never received any. Finally online a bbq pit was named as an amenity and upon arrival we were told there was none.
Overall had the rooms been cleaned and restocked the rating would’ve been higher. Staff was friendly and approachable.
