The stay went well

Pool and hot tub shut down. Was told it was working but I guess not

Room was good, clean, comfortable. Was pleasantly surprised that the 2Q bed & foldout was more of a suite/split-room than one bigger room. Checked in 45 minutes before the pool closed, but it was locked down so I couldn't use it or the hot tub because someone "left early" (I didn't quite get the reason clearly).

Room was wet feeling and the hallway leading to the room smelled of poop.

This property was filthy. The bathroom had a pervasive urine odor that spread throughout the room. I would not walk around the room barefoot or in socks because the carpet was filthy with grime. The restaurant was closed because they “fired the chef” so, other dinner plans had to be made. Breakfast was minimal at best. The hot food containers were empty, the juice dispensers were empty, the only option for tea was green tea (blah), and the condiments were mostly made of artificial ingredients. Truly a disappointing experience. We will not go back.

The staff was excellent help when we needed anything. Room was clean, enjoyed the pool. My only problem was I have back issues and there was no elevator.

The worst breakfast we ever got offered. Partially frozen egg patties, cold gravy, rubbery bisquits, no bacon or sausage, no hard boiled eggs.

The power went out for quite a few people in Salina. I booked a room through Expedia to make things quick instead of calling the hotel. They were rude about me booking through Expedia. They were rude; I can understand to a small amount. I wasn't being rude to them. They couldn't give me a receipt the next morning because I booked through Expedia. Very rude during check in and check out. Room had a couple of stains.

hot tub out of service while we were there and also pool looked very cloudy and murky... lukewarm at best. did not love the courtyard view as it stayed very busy during our time there and not much privacy.

The room was in a very old-fashioned style, but we didn't have much time to look at it because we were so tired and wanted to sleep. However, we couldn't sleep because it was stuffy. When we turned on the air conditioner, it was impossible to sleep because it was very loud, turning on and off noisily. Because of this, we couldn't rest properly.

Room did not match Expedia description. Not a “suite”. Did not have a sofa bed as described, just a lot of empty floor space. I did not receive an immediate confirmation and when I did, no price was mentioned. Expedia led me to believe cost was about $400, but my credit card shows $550. Never had maid service. We asked fresh towels.

Dirty chair seats tables and walls pretty much every where inside the room as well as everywhere else. I’m positive I saw a bug on a sheet. For the price cant complain too much, but this place is kinda sketch. We made sure to use all the locks. Won’t be staying in a quality inn again. Just spend the extra money for the comfort and piece of mind and a good nights sleep and go somewhere else.

Rooms were clean and staff was patient and helpful. They were able to accommodate my family of 5 and the suite we were in had 2 bathrooms. Perfect! Already made another reservation for August.

Clearly they are renovating this hotel which doesnt make for perfect or normal conditions for a stay…..but all our needs were accommodated during. We stayed because we needed a suite and just passing through. We used the pull out couch and the suite was spacious, appeared to have previously been two rooms. The staff was very nice and we all enjoyed the breakfast.

Not a thing like don't know if it has fle or bedbug just Felt like things were crawling all over me all night. Land have little red circles and dots on my bodies all over. Especially dumb in my feet area. The place just looked guilty and well-worn.

Cockroaches, the next morning when I woke up, I checked the pillows took off the case, and there is stains all over the pillows. There’s roach poop in my bed, which I had slept in. No blow dryer. I was utterly disgusted.

When we walked into the room, it smelled musty. The carpet felt damp because of it. The beds were clean and comfortable. It had an updated sink, but the bathroom door wouldn't shut and the ceiling tiles were coming down. It desperately needed an update. The write up on the hotel was the reason we chose it. But to our disappointment, it was run down and needed help.

the property was a little run down, there was a sign that said they were in process of remodeling , it could be all 5 stars once that is done. the bed was comfortable, room was clean, we rested well here.
