Beautiful property tucked away from it all. The hotel and restaurant are fantastic. We stayed in a studio which did have a kitchen, even though the staff on the phone said no, so that was a little disappointing as we really wanted to cook after eating out so much--but the food in the restaurant (short ribs) was awesome, so it was a win! The studio is great if you just need a quick 1-2 nights, but if longer you may want a true bed--the murphy bed was creaky, but still comfortable. Great toiletries and welcoming staff.

A lovely hotel, right in the mountains and yet also very near the road. Silent at night. An excellent place to stay for Mount Washington.

Loved pool are & propane firepits

We always enjoy our stay in Grand Summit. Our room cleaning should off been better, dust webs hanging from sprinklers and side of our dresser. Place is little run down, needs updating across the facility. Hot tub needs updating and the pool is heated. On positive note staff very friendly and good service. Maintenance crew for outdoor fire pits awesome. Cheers

I like this hotel and the area around. Very clean and quiet. Nice staff, very polite and helpful. A lot of activities for everyone. Will visit again. Very recommend.

There was a beautiful water fall.

We stayed in deluxe sweet with balcony. Not handicap friendly, floors are uneven with what feels like small holes under the carpet making every trip to the pool an adventure. The restaurant was clean but very limited selection. The room also had uneven floors and my wife fell several times just moving around the suite. The toilet was small like k-6 size and there was a terrible asparagus or mold odor that wouldn’t leave. Very quiet though and serene. Except for the occasional stampede of kids down the hall. The front desk girl was especially freindly and helpful. I’m sure the place is hopping in winter right next to Bear Peak. Not much in the area and no door dash service. The pool was green and the hot tubs were gray and water looked filthy. Will try another place next trip up.

Property was ok. Dated. We had two rooms. Both were very clean but smelled of cleaning chemicals when we entered so had to leave the windows open to air out. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was perplexing as it’s in a basement room with windows that overlooked an alley- why they wouldn’t put it on the main floor with windows to the outside I don’t know. Restaurant decor looked like they had just moved the furniture into an empty space that afternoon. Outdoor pool was great - a good size so kids enjoyed swimming in it. Hotel location is great near a lot of Mt Washington Valley highlights.

We stayed in a room with a kitchenette and were very pleasantly surprised at how well stocked and supplied the room was. We had everything we needed at our fingertips. Staff was very friendly and we loved the text message check-in's during our stay. We will be back!

Really like the overall quaintness of property - floors in halls needs fixing as not friendly for people with bad knees and backs. Also could use more elevators as divided into wings and was so far to walk to room.

Hallways smelled like weed smoke and the mattress was very saggy. They gave people a hard time about bringing their expensive race bicycles into the hotel for no reason.

I enjoyed this hotel very much staff was amazing my only issue is the website is deceiving. I was traveling with 2 adults 2 children I was told I would have a room with kitchen queen Murphy bed and pull out couch. However that’s not what I got I got a queen Murphy and couch. I paid for queen Murphy and pull out. My suggestion is to call hotel to confirm as check in was hectic and my accommodation was not met,

Service is awful. Booked loft and got one bedroom room. Asked for refund and it was denied , neither willing to upgrade as we made reservation through Expedia. No shame at all. Atleast it was giving them an opportunity to get a regular visitor and few by referral. They lost it. Chris (general manager) should have taken into consideration that it is his business/job that is getting affected not Expedia by not providing services that is paid for. Atleast should have given the partial refund which is difference in charges between loft and a regular room. Visitors be careful while making reservations, rather consider other options around.

It was a quiet and clean facility. The pool was great and the check in process was easy.

Hotel was ok. Upon closer look it’s in need of some repairs inside and out. Wear and tear is showing. Room was clean and the small kitchen had everything you may need! Pool was big. But pool and hot tub showed signs on needing repair as well as the back of the building. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Room we were given smelled awful and was not clean. The room they tried to move us to was even worse. They then said another room became available and tried to give us the original room not realizing it was the same room. We have been trying since to get refunded for a room we did not sleep in and keep getting told by Expedia that they can’t get a hold of the manager to approve a refund. We cannot go direct through the hotel ass we were told by then we booked through Expedia so they have to handle. Will never book this hotel again and possibly not use Expedia again the way they are handling this situation. I was told today when I called that an email was sent out which I never received that they would offer a 35$ key cash credit of 35$ for a 223$ charge as they could not get in touch with the manager to approve the refund. Supposedly calling back today to speak with a different manager to get approved. Highly unprofessional on both ends!

Having been her many times before, we knew what to expect. Has great heated pool and 2 nice size hot tubs. Somehow Needs larger deck area around pool to fit more lounge chair. Only complaint was hot water in shower never got hot

It was good overall but we were blindsided by the wall bed and had to sleep on the couches. The property is beautiful but the hotel floors are run down. The pool and hot tubs were full of kids, teens and people drinking alcohol. The room was clean but the bed and some other minor issues, plus it seemed far away from North Conway.
