The room was clean but motel not in the most convenient location of town. Very difficult to let to the parking entrance. TV difficult to use, some of the outlets didn't work and not in the most appealing location of town. Also, no where close to the beach.

Always a pleasure to stay here. The onsite staff go above and beyond to make this a solid pillar of the community. The cleaning crew is on point and very thorough with cleaning around personnel items leaving them undisturbed.

The bed was not very comfortable. But the room and bathroom were clean.

Felt clean enough. There was no chain or additional lock on the door so I did not feel safe, we ended up wedging a chair under the door handle.

There were some questionable people seen outside more than once that I felt the need to check on my vehicle in the middle of the night to ensure it was safe. Check in was easy.

Usually I'm happy with 2 star motels, and I would have been with Pacific Best Inn also, except that the manager barely speaks English and failed to tell us during our 3 day stay that the parking lot was being paved on our last day, and that we'd need to move our car. We had already entered the aquarium when he called. When confronted he tells me it was my fault for leaving my car in the parking lot, where I expect to be able to leave my car. I had to leave my family and I wasted parking garage fees to help him out, and wasn't offered any sort of apology or recompense. Additionally we received no housekeeping except for the first day, but no coffee refills (which was awful anyway), no clean towels, no beds made, no cleaning or vacuuming, very poor. I certainly didn't leave the housekeeper a tip, she did nothing to warrant it. I don't expect much for lower rent motels but some service and at least communication would be nice. Overall the rooms were fine, somewhat recently upgraded, no complaint there. But the service and attitude of the manager was not acceptable. I certainly won't be staying here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient. Highly recommend!

The beds were only box springs. No actual mattresses. Very hard an uncomfortable. No curtains. Only shudders. Let’s a lot of light in. Could be a nice place.

Our original room was dirty, hairs on the bed, a rag was left near the light. It was swept and dirty sink. I complained the front desk, he was nice enough to get us a different room. The second room was “cleaner” but it is a more rundown Inn. Needs some more TLC. We had a dirty roll of toilet paper so we just get wet wipes. The AC halfway worked through the night but all night. Can’t do much about about the noise outside but I can say that you can almost hear every noise outside.

Stayed for one night and didn’t have much expectation but this was a nice and spacious room. Very comfortable and was very clean.

Room was very clean. They were pretty stingy with soap and shampoo, and only gave us one washcloth. Mattresses were comparable to a futon. Good value for the money.

It was good and had all the basic needs to be comfortable.

Property was a good spot for a one night stay.

Check in clerk was very unfriendly and rude. Room was poorly cleaned, someone’s hair was all over the bathroom floor. Shower curtain was stained, the shutters in the windows were very worn, scratched and damaged. Bed was very uncomfortable Tv cables and cords were hanging off the wall from the tv not rocked or hidden

Basic motel room. Clean enough. Seems slightly refurbished. But sink had no stopper, bed had a strange metal base, shower head buildup. Weird layout with sink near window (outside bathroom). Not worth the high price but maybe because it was July. Good only for quick overnight stay.

The shower looked new and the price was cheap. That was the good points. Bad- broken toilet seat, mold in bathtub, phone not working, beds small, steep driveway that scraped the bottom of my car, and dirty in general around stairwell
