Room 334 bathroom needs repair. Grout around tiles deteriated, causing tiles to lift up and trim around wall to crumble. Shower in same bad condition. Mattress uncomfortable. And a good fabric cleaner needed on chairs, as they are stained.

Morning breakfast offering is always convenient but we were on the road before 6 AM. Appreciated the grab and go breakfast bag. Thank you. Staff were pleasant from beginning to departure.

Old Hampton Inn property that could use some updating. Room was large and clean but furnishings and curtains were worn and/or stained.

Convenient, multiple restaurants near by, close to interstate, decent price. Glass shower doors had lime buildup and were tricky to open and close

The bathroom had black mold, the rug needed to be shampooed, it gave off an odor. Breakfast was very basic.

This was maybe the single best Hampton Inn I've ever been in. The hotel was beautiful inside and my room was very nice and comfortable. The only thing I wish the room had was a ceiling fan. Other than that it was great!

Elevator had standing water on the floor.The smell of mildew and mustiness overwhelmed you when you walked in the room.Reminded me of my grandmothers house 30 years ago.The carpet looked like it had been cut out and pieced together.The blinds had stains on them.How that happened god only knows.The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain.And lastly the furniture looked like it was bought at an estate sale.Very disappointed especially at the cost for one night.

This was part of a longer trip and this Hampton Inn was a good choice. From staff to room satisfaction all was as expected. Good choice to stay here when in Paducah.

First room had clogged dirty toilet.

We brought our golden retriever with us and the pet fee was low and accommodations were great. Highly recommend if you’re traveling with pets.

Getting wifi set up was a bit of a problem. Seems they are on the same system as Homewood Suites next door and there can be conflict overload. The room seemed as if it had not been used in a while. A bit dusty. The refridgerator needed to be reset. The light globes above had dirt in them, which was taken care of, after I complained. I swept away the cobwebs from around the curtains and over the mirror above the sink. The arm chair seat had a stain which could be easily removed if someone took the time. The bed has seen it's day. Mattress needs to be replaced. Room #407 is the room and the parking lot below that room is very noisy. And I must say, whoever constructed the room built it with the dimensions of someone 5'9" or more, as the desk sits up too high, and I'm 5'7". It reminded me of the song, "It's a man's world...." due to the dimensions. But, overall I enjoyed my stay and left the room cleaner than it was when I checked in. Just setting an example. Thank you.
