Weather was great, right in the middle of town, lots of out door activities to do around , friendly staff, great for the price

Location could use an update... only needed to stay one night, so it was fine. It was quiet, room was a little small. But fine for 1 night. Only 2 towels were in the room, there were 2 adults, so at least 1 more would've been nice. Lobby is extremely small, and a little sketchy when checking in late evening. But the gentleman working the desk was very polite!

We have no words to describe the place. We had prepaid, but we didn't stay. We tried but honestly the room smelled so bad...as did the lobby of the hotel....and as soon as we opened the door to our room we saw 3 flies buzzing around the room. It was also HOT. No AC in the Hallway...the room had a window unit that may or may not have worked but we didn't walk far enough into the room to find out. We literally turned around and walked back to our car without passing go! How we wish we had not prepaid!

Room was clean and the bathroom was really clean.

The room and hotel was very, very clean. The bathroom supplies such as shampoo and soap were plentiful. Coffee for the in room coffee pot was plentiful also. The front desk personnel were kind and thoughtful, ensuring we could get the door open easily. When we checked out, the desk personnel asked if there was anything else they could have done to make our stay more pleasant, which there was not. The bed was very comfortable and relaxing. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

This property was clean and safe. The manager and staff were friendly.

Front desk employee was nice when we needed to swap rooms due to our first non-smoking room obviously smelling strongly of smoke. He was quick to get us a new room, which did not smell like smoke, but the halls kind of did. Our new room had a couple hairs in the tub/shower walls, plus an already opened bar of soap on the tub, and a small spot of blood on the bathroom floor, which was unnerving. The bed and pillows seemed clean, thankfully. There was a coffeepot in the bathroom, which could have fit on the desk or TV stand. Not the cleanest stay I have ever had, but okay for one night, and cheap. There is a great breakfast place across the street!

We spent the night on the way to NC to open our cabin for the summer. This is the 2nd time we've used this hotel. Owner is very friendly and accommodating. They had just cleaned the carpets and regularly keep the property clean & maintained which is why we return.

Very clean and super quiet. One of the few hotels I've stayed in that you couldn't hear your neighbors at all.

Property was dated. It’s clean and quiet that’s all I was looking for. Stayed 3 nights. Would consider it again.

Manager very hard to understand. Strong, unpleasant cooking odors in hallways. Fortunately was not present in room.

I was surprised. The room was freshly updated and clean. My only concern was the lingering smell of cigarette smoke.

The room was nice. Freshly painted. Good place to rest and sleep when exploring the North Georgia mountains. Friendly and accommodating staff. The exterior looked a little worn and the hall carped seamed to confirm that but the room was nice. Biggest complaint is that the in room coffee maker was unable to make anything but weak coffee.

The carpet was very old, the linens looked old as well and the receptionist was uninterested.

The manager was very helpful when we were short of towels upon arrival and brought them up to us since it was late at night. When I told him the problems and showed him pictures, he took notes and appeared to care. The wonderful reviews online did not prepare me for the reality of this property. Even though the rooms are all non-smoking, room 201 clearly had the lingering smell of tobacco smoke. There was something clear and sticky on the floor of the bathroom (a spill? hairspray? worse?) that I had to scrub to get clean. There was long black hairs in the tub/shower (not this ladies or my husband's). The shower curtain had dark spots at the bottom where it tucked inside the tub. There was a stinkbug on the shower curtain. There was a sound of crickets from some vague location (not in the room). The end table had these curious round spots on it (cigarette burns? drill practice?). The price was low and I should have known better, but the glowing reviews tricked me. They must have paid someone to add them and bump their rating up! It was warm, safe, and we slept well and had good internet and television. It was worn and a little dirty. A good place for your construction crew to stay or a last option choice, but this would not have been my first choice.

This hotel is not worth $20 , rooms are not clean , bathrooms were full of hair and they have mold on the walls. I will not recommend this property , is better if you sleep in your car. This has been the worst hotel i have ever stay.

I made a line through the dust on the coffee pot. I found a pubic hair on the sink. The back of the toilet floor area looked to have urine around it. There was food in the refrigerator. The bedding appeared to be very clean and taken care of.

Hotel was nice but very noisy at night. Dogs were barking * kifs runnng up and down hallways. It was a holiday weekend and the hotel was full. Otherwise, it might not have been so noisy.

Location is convenient, check-in was quick, front desk was polite, hotel is a little dated but overall our stay was good.

Place is okay but could be better. Non smoking room was nothing but a smoked room. Taking its a small hotel I think they could work a little harder to get 5 stars.

The place is in a good location that’s about the only thing that is good about this place. The room was disgusting I have never stayed in a place that the entire room was not clean. The only thing that look clean was the sheets and even the under sheets were dirty. Probably the worse was the bathroom it smell like urine and had urine dried on the back of the toilet the floor was sticky spider webs even in the room curtains dust that had not been clean in a long time. The towels smell.

Was exactly what was expected. Clean room, quiet and mostly pet friendly. Only problem is theres no place for a dog to go outside really.

By far the most disgusting place I’ve ever slept. Bugs in the room, bugs in the bedding. Human hair in the bathroom. Do not stay here!
