I loved everything about this property. The staff, the onsite amenities which include a 24hr coffee, sandwich and bar, outstanding resturant with a very complex menu prepared perfectly, Nikoli is outstanding and brings an artesian touch to his service! The onsite spa is a perfect way to unwind after a day in Roma and the hotel's walkable location to Frascati's city core and train station makes this Hotel a must stay if you want all the accessibility to Roma but the beauty and quietness of the hillside overlooking Roma. Sunsets are out of this world. We had an outstanding experience.

The hotel is modern and clean. The pool is seasonable but did open for 1 of our days and is lovely. The pool area looks out over to Rome in the distance. The rooms are spacious and lovely comfortable beds. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. Freshly squeezed juice, hot scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon. Fresh fruit, pastry’s actually anything you could have wanted. Serving staff very friendly. The hotel is a little way from the restaurants etc in town, you could walk in but it would take about 20 minutes and uphill on the way. The hotel does also have a 24 hour bar and cafe attached. I would definitely stay again.

I lived one night while passing Roma and head to Florence.The room is clean and staff is nice. Parking is free

Hotel is good but the experience was reduced by the fact the pool closes at 6pm and breakfast is made on the back of the restaurant without access to the view!!! We chose the hotel for the pool and the view and in the end it is limited. Food is great at the restaurant and pool service is good (prices are more expensive than average of the region tho).

The hotel is clean and well run, nice pool and lounge facilities, good wifi, comfortable bed. I would stay here on every visit to Frascati but somehow I always end up in a room on the bottom floor with a small window facing a wall (they cannot offer anything else). The room is dark. The paper band on the toilet is unnecessary and not environmental.

The hotel offered good value for money. Everything as expected.

The hotel is modern, organized, clean, and comfortable. Perfect for a weekend out of Rome. The hotel is close to the city, yet you might need to walk 15 minutes at least to get to the city center. The breakfast could be way better.

There was no shuttle as promised. The walk to the train station is on a very bad cobblestone walkway and a very busy street, not safe. Lyft and Uber don’t go the hotel, too far away. The hotel will call you an unregistered cab which is very expensive. No real air conditioning, room was boiling hot. There is a pool but you basically can use it from dinner time on because they seat people there for dinner. Staff is untrained and disrespectful and act like they are being inconvenienced to do their jobs.

It is a 10 minute walk along a small pavement on the main road to Frascati town and train station. The hotel looks ok, the pool is nice with lovely views of Rome, and is free for hotel guests, but it can get busy with children. The room was fine, nothing special and not soundproofed. No kettle or coffee machine and it is quite dark. The air con didn’t work very well but I didn’t spend much time in my room. You have to pay extra €30+ to use the spa, I did not use it. Staff are good.

It was a great hotel for the money, the only problem was the where letting people round the pool that where not staying in the hotel, the pool is not that big so it was very busy.

Good but they do not have a lot of veggie food on offer - small menu. They need to put pizza on the menu and chips for customers who can not eat the food on their menu as I could not eat anything.

Overall we were very happy with our experience. Frascati is a great base for visiting Rome, as it's half an hour away by the ultra efficient, ultra clean and very cheap Italian trains. But the hotel also had a gorgeous swimming pool with views of Rome in the distance where we could chill out too. The guests were a mixed bunch of nationalities and the pool was never crowded. Our room was well furnished but had a window overlooking a side wall, so the lack of sunlight spoilt the overall experience. If you book, try specifying you want a room with a window with an unobstructed view. We had to complain about the sheets one night as my son's duvet cover had stains on it (juice I think). The hotel was very apologetic but it was noticeable we were not offered any form of complimentary recompense. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice for all tastes. We didn't have dinner here as we preferred to stroll into Frascati to soak up the atmosphere of local Italians out for their evening stroll. There's a great choice of local restaurants to suit all budgets. If you want to blow some serious money go have dinner at La Cacciana. This stunning terrace restaurant was awesome. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms, so you may want to take a travel kettle. We would definitely go back to this hotel, it suited us vey well. It is a short 10 minute stroll down the hill from the centre of Frascati which was fine for us , but might not suit anyone with mobility issues.

Good hotel. Conveniently located for access into Rome, has parking and a nice pool. Good value and visiting Frascati is a bonus. The only drawback is that we needed internet access and during our entire stay there wasn't any (no Wi-Fi). The reason given is that a thunderstorm had damaged some equipment belonging to the local service provider, but this is the first time in our lives that internet service has been out for 4 days...................

This hotel was recently refurbished - the rooms are small but well appointed. The service was excellent. I would stay here again.

Great hotel, very clean and great facilities. 20 min walk to the town. Enjoyed the stay very much and would definately recommend.

A free shuttle service is provided to take you to the station. A train into Rome takes about 30 minutes and cost less than 5 euros return. Getting a shuttle back to the hotel isn't so simple. even if you give them a time to pick you up they want you to call the hotel to book it. However the hotel is less than 15 minutes walk from the station. Breakfast was an additional charge of 10 euros per person!. We used the 24 hour cafe that is located in the building where we paid less that 10 euros for 2 coffees and 2 croissants! Overall a pleasant experience.

A little far away from Rome but if you don't mind driving 15 min to the next subway station is the perfect place to stay.
