Great staff, the hotel is the very basic. Dead bugs (greatful no live ones) and floor felt dirty with filthy/stained chair we didn’t want to use. It did have enough beds for 6 of us, but the rate did not meet the quality by any means.

The room was pretty lived in. The thing that threw me was the floor was really dirty. I was walking around barefoot and my feet were black at the end of the night. Also I had some dead ants on the dog's bed which I know we didn't bring. The room also needed a good dusting. But for the price, it wasn't bad.

I've stayed here a few times. I guess you get what you pay for. It smelled like dirt or something dirty the last time I stayed there. It was very outdated. The bathroom needed work. But the bed was comfortable in the service was great

This hotel was no where near what it showed on hotels.com. Our family walked in to the room and immediately walked out because of how nasty it was. Bed was covered in stains, black feet marks on the walls, bathroom remodeled in 1970’s and not clean. Lobby even smelled. Only pleasant part was the staff was nice.
Went across the street to stay at a different hotel for 50$ cheaper and it was clean! Staff also friendly.

Location is convenient. Price is great. Quiet at night, and darkens well. Good wifi. Plenty of hot water.
The room is spacious and clean, but needs some love. It has new floors and windows, but badly needs patching, painting, new baseboards, new door, and a new medicine shelf over the sink.
Mattress was decent, room well lit - especially with new LED overhead lights. Furniture was beat up.

Everyone was super friendly and nice. Was just looking for a quiet place to lay my head before continuing the last 30 minutes of my drive home. For just a coupkle beds and a shower, this place was perfect. Yes, a tad worn and older, still charming in ways. Mostly, the folks running the place were just super friendly and helpful. Thank you!

The unit was partly refurbished. We liked having no carpet but even though it was clean our barefooted feet got black with dirt. Towels were small and sparse.

My brothers and I stayed at the Blue Coast Inn & Suites for our recent fishing trip. I chose it for the suite and its 3 queen beds which were comfortable. The room was old but our biggest complaint was the lack of hot water. I found if we ran the shower and faucet for 6-10 minutes it would get hot some times. Both mornings one of my brothers gave up after 7-10 minutes and went fir the ice shower. We complained to the nanager and she said it takes 5 or 6 minutes! No water shortage in Brookings Oregon!

Needed to postpone our reservation at the last moment, and Blue Coast allowed me to rebook for a later date. Ended up adding an extra day there. Everything was great, but could really, really use a couple of chairs for those of us who want to take advantage of the microwave and refrigerator in the room. Hard to eat with only a bed to sit on!

Dropped towel on wet bathroom floor. Wiped the water up and towel was black. The place lacked outlets next to the bed in the separate bedroom. Only one outlet along kitchen counter with none available for the Keurig on the opposite side (microwave in the other one)

Reviews saying this is rated wrong are correct, can confirm. The man at the front desk was very kind. Unfortunately, our room just wasn't really great at all. Damaged and dirty walls and furniture, old food in the fridge, dirty counters, microwave was nasty. It just didn't feel clean or comfortable. There was a set of fake lashes on the floor in the bathroom. We felt like it had been falsely advertised and I wished I had read more reviews. But! The beds and bathroom were basically clean, thank god. We showed up late so had no choice but to stay the night. Otherwise, given the option, we probably would have stayed elsewhere.

Shower was so small, we had to shower at my moms. We are not big people, so it was very frustrating. Coffee cups had old coffee still in them, like they weren't washed. Microwave in the living room, tiny tv. Never had maid service, no cream and sugar for coffee, had to get it from the front desk. No room in the bathroom for any of your stuff. Front door had light coming through it, didn't shut right. I just didn't expect all of this for a king suite.

The blue coast is a little rustic but what it lacks in modern comforts it makes up for with staff and location.

If someone would wash a wall or the curtains. The chair in our room was so dirty I couldn’t even set stuff on the chair, let alone sit on it.

The staff was friendly, checking in was easy, but the condition of the rooms is just not good. All the walls are dirty and worn, as are the floors, and the bathroom sink area is just beat up. The bed was comfortable, and the area around the hotel was quiet.

Good stay however no A/C and thin walls. Bathroom wasn’t super clean but bargain for your buck. Might stay here again if cold nights now knowing no A/C and happy they are pet friendly.

It was good. The ataff was incredible. The room was big. The area was quiet and safe. I stayed for 3 nights snd was very comfortable.

Was given 1 towel (old and crusty), door hard to latch in room & shower cold (no hot water), very noisy plumbing & thon walls and bedding is very old, not fresh. No amenities. 👎 wont book again!

It was horrible. I could hear the people in the next room all night long for two nights. I could hear the person in the other room beside me snoring. The shower wasn’t big enough to turn around in. There was no table or chairs so all you could sit on the bed, very uncomfortable. I would not recommend staying at this hotel to anyone. Thank you very much.

This hotel is older. It is also right on the highway. If booking a pet room ask for the second or third row unit. Could be cleaner as when mopping up water towel was really dirty. The staff are really nice and would still go back.
