Perfect stay, everthing was fine.

The staff is rude and useless, my kid lost his iPad and they were not willing to listen or assist in any shape.

Cleaning was not good at all we stayed 12 nights 3 rooms had to ask for bedding to be changed and to have floor/carpet vacuumed bathroom was never cleaned just fresh towels,

Booked hotel for accomodation only. Clean, new towels daily. We are regular users of the hotel

Staff was lazy they made me walk down to reception to collect the iron. They booked me taxi twice but nothing showed up on time had to make multiple follow ups to get one to reach office on time and I was late indeed. Twin beds were put together in my room with highly uncomfortable mattress which did not help either. Location of the property is good for business travellers. Breakfast was fine nothing exceptional same usual bits.

Very comfortable stay. Clean rooms and excellent staff. The breakfast spread is good and would be recommended. It's about a 5 min walk to the city centre. Overall, a great value stay in Paderborn.

Nice hotel, ideally situated close to the city centre. The beds weren't overly comfortable and their was no tea/coffee/kettle in the room which we would have expected as 'the norm' for a 4 star hotel.

Room on the small side - would have been helped by the removal of large chair.Charged for car parking - bit of a rip off. Food good to very good. No kettle or tea and coffee in room - unusual for this class of hotel. The free bottle of water advertised is only good for one day!Staff all very nice.

Very quiet, walk to town is along the river in a nice park. Doubles have plenty of room, a comfortable chair, table, and desk, and a wardrobe, bedside tables. Air conditioning works well, temperature can be set in the room.

Arrived early and was exhausted from the long journey. The staff were so nice and helpful and got my room ready early to help me. Very polite and friendly ! The rooms were very clean and tidy. Would really like to stay again in the near future

I had a very nice day at this somewhat ex-centered hotel, nearly 10 to 15 minute leisurely walk along the lovely banks of the Pacer river to the city center and all the restaurants via the path just across the street from the hotel. This is actually quite good if you like to sleep with the windows open without being bothered by outside noise. The room was well appointed, and the bathroom quite large. I had booked a Junior suite which sported a nice living room area that was also quite spacious. The bedroom was well appointed with fantastic memory foam pillows which were worth the room just by themselves. As soon as you stepped into the hotel, you were made to feel special and welcome by the staff at the reception. They were dedicated to making you feel like you were “the” customer, not just any customer. The same goes for the waiting staff at breakfast. Just a wonderful place to stay at. Would definitely repeat the experience when in the area next. No reservation about recommending this really nice place. The exterior is really well-kept. Yet, it pales in comparison to what you are really getting for your buck in the form of really great service!

Maximum points given for one of the most quiet rooms I have ever stayed in from over 100 hotel nights per year. Maximum points given for a heater that actually heating system to my desired temperature. Maximum points given for a shower that did not run hot and cold every minute. Maximum points given to an Internet that was steady during my three nights.

All in all I can not really complain about my stay. It was a clean room with en suite facilities. Having said that, considering it was a 4* hotel I felt that the room was pretty small. I paid a little extra for a business room. So in that sense I was a little disappointed. I also assumed that it was standard to have a kettle and tea making facilities, I thought wrong. In terms of the location I thought it was very good. The walk into the centre of Paderborn was an easy 15 minute walk along the river. I would stay again, perhaps I wouldn't pay the price I did but that's most likely my fault seeing as. I booked so late

Easy to find. Very clean and airy.staff.extremely polite and friendly most helpful. Disapponted that room did not have facilitu to make tea and coffee. Disappointed that bed consisted of two singles pushed together a little uncomfortable..and one pillow not enough.

This hotel fell far short of what it should have done in terms of the hospitality it offered. Upon check-in I asked for a room with a bath tub to bathe my twin 10 month daughters. For any one with young babies they will understand that showering them is not the favoured option. I was told that I would have to pay a 50 Euro upgrade fee for this, despite a room being available. I was then told I would have to pay 30 Euros for two temporary put up cots. Perhaps the hotel is trying to discourage families from staying. The shower ran scalding hot then freezing cold; the pillow and duvet had no cover on them. They also charged for parking and WiFi which costs them nothing. I accept that they are in business to make a profit but I think they need to remember that they are in the hospitality sector rather than the financial sector.

I have stayed here twice now and have to say that this is one of my favorite hotels. I travel extensively for business and pleasure and this hotel fits both categories. The staff is friendly, the food is good and I love the location. The rooms are good in size and amenities as well.

I enjoyed my stay here. It was about a 5 minute walk to enter downtown Paderborn and about a 15 minute walk to the train station. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again!

This is my third stay in this hotel. Very clean and good service.

Hotel was fantastic but not ideal with a 2 year old. There was no childrens menu for dining. They did say they could make a half size meal but the meals on offer were not suitable, e.g steak, salad etc. Due to language barrier we ended up paying over 12 euros for a club sandwich she didnt eat. Saying all that the food was great.

Visiting daughter who's works in Sennelager, this hotel is located in a lovely location within easy walking distance of Paderborn. The 11 bus will take you from the station to hotel. The walk to town is only a few minutes and takes you past some lovely sites. The family room we stayed in was huge and comfortable. We didn't eat there but the food smelt good.

The hotel was clean and comfortable but as I was travelling alone I was not comfortable with going into the bar alone for refreshments or food so I found it a little short on basic facilities e.g. no tea or coffee making facilities in the room?? and nothing down in the foyer (I did order a coffee on the morning I left which took about 25 minutes and two reminders to arrive). There was also no vending machine with food in such as chocolate or crisps etc which I would have found helpful as the main town is quite a walk. I can't criticise the room which was clean and tidy and a big comfortable bed, great shower and bathroom but the air conditioning could have been a lot colder. It was also quite a noisy spot on the front of the hotel with the busy main road outside. I paid extra to stay at this hotel and was disappointed it was not actually in the centre of the town as described and the lack of facilities I have already described above. It seemed very geared up towards conferences and meetings not so suitable for individual leisure tourism travellers. I was in Paderborn for my sons medals parade after returning from Afghanistan which was one of the proudest days of my life.

locality is good for attractions of paderborn. the hotel was exellent value for the price i payed but your actual website left a bit of confusion over whether breakfast was included in the price. i had to haggle for 10 minutes with the german girl on reception to convince her that the breakfast was in with the price.
