Clean hotel with friendly service right in the downtown corridor. I was there to run a marathon and literally walked out to the starting corral. Plenty of places to eat and shop nearby.

The room was its self was good but we couldn’t help but smell weed from the previous guests, but we had brought a can of ozone cleaner and it knocked it out. The valets, front desk, and the breakfast staff were out standing and some wonderful people. The only other bad thing from the stay was that the last night we had requested to have two towels brought up because we used them that morning. I tried calling the front desk and the phone in the room would not work, so I send down and asked for towels around 8:30 pm and waited for them around 10:30pm we finally get our towels. But besides that the hotel was clean and it was staffed by amazing people.

Paint peeling off the bathroom walls, TP hanger was falling off the wall.. damage to tile next to tub and missing tile.. on the bright side the auto valet service was great..!!

Friendly staff, great location. Pillows were hard, not comfortable. Dining was down at water front- at night- not well lighted. Parking was $45.00 for vallet- or $25.00 at a parking garage where your vehicle wasn’t as secure. Hidden fees- had a bill for $78.00, which was for parking and ???????

The room haa a smell of mildew, qhich indicares mold. This ia an old bldg in the hiatorix part od Savannah. They should check for mold ans removw thw mildew smell. It simewhar gave mw discomfort in my.chest, otherwise ir was dine.

Great location and walking distance to River Street and historic downtown Savannah. Hop on Hop off bus tour stop right outside the door of the property. Breakfast was adequate. Consisted of a pancake machine, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cold cereal, instant oatmeal, precooked cheese omelettes/scrambled eggs (alternated days), sausage, biscuits, toast, bagels, coffee and juice. A few packaged items. The ladies working in the breakfast area were friendly and the area was kept stocked and clean. The front desk staff was friendly. The valet parking was expensive but convenient. The parking garage is the same area that the valet parks the cars. We can't review the parking garage/prices of that location as we only used the valet. It looked safe. The staff working valet were friendly. We had an issue with our window shade not working in our room and called down a couple of different times during the day and it was never addressed. Small rooftop swimming pool and small hot tub were clean. Bed comfortable and room was quiet on the south side. Concierge in the lobby each day was helpful in planning activities during our stay. *If you like war history take some time to visit the National Museum of the Mighty Eighth Air Force. It's only 10 miles from the hotel and it was worth the visit!! P.S. HIE- tell the concierge to recommend it. We would stay here again.

This hotel advertises daily room service on line but does not provide it. We returned each day to a room with no towels, coffee, etc. and had to request service as late as 7:00pm. One afternoon check in staffwas just rude when I requested a towel exchange. Others were nice and helpful. The view from the rooftop pool was very nice and relaxing. Both concierges were nice and helpful. Good location.

Was a perfect location to walk to most shopping and dining. Beds were comfy and room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not the greatest however….hot food was cold, tasty but too cold to enjoy. Coffee was good and hot though. Overall enjoyed our stay there

The staff was amazing from check in to check out. Everyone greeted you with a warm smile and made you feel at home.

We stayed here all 5 nights we were in Savannah! Southern hospitality is no joke. I highly recommend this hotel. It is the perfect location for everything Savannah has to offer. The staff is exceptional, welcoming and accommodating. This hotel is well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Old fashioned toilets need to be replaced as you felt that you were almost sitting on the floor. Needs hand held shower . Mold on shower walls and grout missing at base level, so probably water leaking into ceiling below. Room very spacious . Many TV channels not available or scrambled.Great location for walking to restaurants in the immediate area. Liked pool on roof for sunset cocktails .

Comfortable, easy to get to, friendly, good breakfast

I loved the location, most shops, museums, restaurants and sights were within walking distance. The employees were wonderful. The included breakfast buffet was decent too. The common areas were clean and well apponted. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The mattress was firm, but not too hard. We slept very well. The view is awesome from the upper floors! The only negative was that the AC was not functioning for our stay. The 1st night was very hot in our room, but i was given a fan to use for the 2nd night, so we were much more comfortable. I would recommended staying here and i will definitely stay again in the future!

The air conditioning was broken and the first night was very hot and hard to sleep. Also, I paid extra for a room on a high floor but was put in one on the 2nd floor. They did move me to the 5th floor the next day and gave me a $100 discount.

Our go to place to stay in Savannah. Consistently clean and comfortable. The service is always courteous and professional.

Great location and walkable to everything!

The good: Clean and well organized hotel. Excellent location. Everything is within walking distance. Public parking at lowest cost next door. Modern, like other HI Express we noticed. Not so good: Small room but functional. Very common in mid city hotels. No view from the small window. Most rooms have this problem I think. (rm 301) No maid service.

The hotel staff were wonderful.

Everything was perfect except air conditioning was no working in the rooms or our friends room.

There was no hair dryer in the room. It took 3 request to get one. It looked like it was straight out of the 80's, heavy and lots of dust in the screen area.

Poaitive: Rooftop pool. Central location. Close to good food/restaurants.
