DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE..BLOOD STAINS EVERYWHERE AND WILL GET AN ATTITUDE IF YOU ASK FOR SIMPLE THINGS LIKE: THE IRON THAT SHOULD BE IN ALL ROOMS AND THE TELEPHONE TO CALL FRONT DESK WAS NOT IN THE ROOM!!!! THEY DON'T PUT THEM IN THE ROOM UNLESS YOU ASK FOR IT

Only two towels, half a roll of toilet paper, had to reset door key three times, moved rooms because card key wouldn't work, overall mediocre and average, but cheaper than other motels. It was about what we expected for the price.

My stay was terrible. Room didn’t get clean until after 3pm. Every time I left the room and was gone for hours the key given to me would not open my door, had to always go to the front office to get another key and on several occasions the desk clerk had to come open the door explain to him I would be late getting in on a particular day and would the third key he had given me would open the door his reply was yes there should be no problems. Got back to the hotel at 2:30 am standing out side in the rain and cold waiting for assistance to open my door. I would never use this hotel again nor would I refer it to anyone.

The king suite with the jetted tub was absolutely amazing very spacious I loved the layout. Perfect weekend getaway. The shower head was awful and tub wasn’t cleaned very well or it’s stained!

Not a good area, a lot of people just hanging out around the hotel all times of the night and hour. Drugs on property. Bed sheets were nasty, room smelled like urine. Totally need a refund!!!!!!!!!

Gun shots, people banging on doors, cigarette burns on bed spread, police cars, just too much activity. This location has a certain audience and we were out of our comfort zone.
