Excellent location for the town and the beach. Pool towels need updating

Staff helpful & accomodating. Close to everything at a good price very clean & despite being older property well maintained. I’d definitely stay here again in Torremolinas.

We had a very relaxing 4 night stay. The pool area was great and in April we had no difficulties getting one of the big beds. The pool is heated which was definitely a bonus. The location offers the best of both worlds - access to the sea and the town centre. We stayed in a room with a terrace with partial sea view. The room itself was small, but clean and comfortable. The terrace is a balcony. The sea view was indeed partial and it didn't get any sunlight. It could be just what you need in the height of summer, but it was too chilly for April. My only gripe is that smoking is allowed on the terrace during breakfast. The terrace is spacious with wonderful views over the sea. However, the number of smokers meant that we couldn't enjoy our breakfast outside. I'd definitely recommend banning smoking on the breakfast terrace

We were in a Superior room for our stay. The walls and ceilings are not soundproofed so could hear people and furniture movements/doors closing all throughout the night. On the night of our last stay I had to request for security and reception staff to break up a drunken room party at 03:30am above our room which kept us awake most of the night. On checkout we attempted to complain however the hotel manager was not present as it was a weekend!

What makes the hotel a very good place to stay is the always smiling and helpful workers. Always available to help. Angela in the reception with a smile that make you feel like home.

Great hotel in central location with lift access to the lower pool area (the itch exit to street to beach) and upper reception (with exit to centre). Pool lovely to cool off but not if you want to swim to exercise. Place had a relaxed atmosphere out of season. Carpets in corridors need replacing. Would definitely return.

I was not prepared for the large room with sea view and balcony. The Air Con was working fine. The bed was comfy and the bed linen white and clearly clean. The towels white, soft and quite new. The Reception very friendly and the cleaning ladies were gentle, friendly and always smiling. The bathroom clearly recently refurbished. Safe and Clean. I like so much that I already booked another 4 days in August. I have to mention the lift till the street level makes the access to the beach extremely easy. Very Good !!! 👏👏👏

Very convenient location and access, some extra charges for late check out and pool towels which I think are unnecessary. Recent refurbishments making it more current with nice bathrooms. Gym not acceptable for a four star hotel. All in all a very nice stay.

I’ve never been to a 4 star hotel where they charge their guests extra to use the hotels sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. The hotel is not very clean and the carpets are heavily soiled

We enjoyed our short stay at this property and would return if there was any availability (seems like its fully booked for summer already).

Excellent stay was slight problem when waking up to find water leaking from ceiling from another room or air conditioning, but on reporting this was fixed right away with in an hour . So efficient maintenance. So good stsy will come again as I have done before covid outbreak in March 2020 . Stay in many times over the last 5 years . Adult hotel quiet lovrky surrounding beautiful Moreno Venetian glass chandeliers in dinning room and reception lovely glass art works . The only place to Stay in torrimelinos for me with lift to beach road no other hotel Had got that as tourist have you Used town lift or walked down the 200 steps to access the beach road . Excellent stay great value for money as well .

The staff was very friendly, especially the reception team. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. You have a kettle but don't expect the coffee or tea to be replenished without a fee. The room was quite hot during the night. We didn't sleep very well because it was also very noisy. We could hear banging all night and early morning. The breakfast choices were varied and enjoyable if you chose wisely. Dinner - better to give it a miss and try the restaurants in the area.

Very good hotel. Friendly staff , comfy beds and the breakfast was of excellent quality and much to choose from. View from our bedroom (we had a suite) was lovely and a big patio as well. Would definately recommend this hotel. Also good location for bars, shops and restaurants (5 min walk).

The decks off each room were huge with beautiful views of the ocean. The buffet breakfast and dinner were very good. I would very much recommend this hotel.

Pros: Good location - less than 5 mins walk from "Torremolinos station" - stones throw away from beach - loads of eating and shopping options. Cons: Bathrooms not clean - shower too slow - Breakfast starts at 8am and if you are booking excursions, they normally start 6am! Overall: Would recommend and will stay again.

Unfortunately this didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. We were very disappointed with the whole stay. I could tell that some members of staff were trying hard to their credit e.g. the chef at dinner. But the stay was not good - the rooms are not 4 star and the hotel is not 4 star. It needs updating as things like being charged for your 2nd cup of tea or bottle of water does not seem like the hotel values guests (it was available as 1 welcome drink in the dated room. The bed was comfy though which is a positive. i would not recommend. We bave been fortunate to stay in a lot of 4 & 5 star hotels this year for travels and this one was majorly disappointing. I haven’t felt like that about any other hotel this year.

Conveniently located to beaches, old town, shopping areas and the very useful rail station. quite hotel, adults only. nice pool area. take the lift down and out the back door, shortcut to old town and beach. Maybe improve the evening entertainment and have it nightly. Otherwise excellent. Good value half board.
