My stay was good. Will definitely stay here again. Elevator kept me up. Would request a room away from elevator. Middle of my shower water turned cold.

We love the Heat Hotel and stay here every time in Havasu for a few days! We didn't travel with our dogs this trip, but they are SO dog friendly, which we appreciate greatly! From check in, to maid service, to check out, the service was impeccable. The rooms are updated, clean, comfortable and HUGE! Every room has a stunning view of the London Bridge and the beautiful channel and is walkable to EVERYTHING! For us, there isn't another hotel in Havasu that can beat The Heat (pun intended)!

Went for the Witches Paddle (EPIC event) under the London Bridge and the Heat Hotel was the Perfect location to stay at the iconic London Bridge and be right on the Water on the English Channel. There is always so much to do in Lake Havasu City - Michael C., needs a huge shout out !!! all the staff was very accommodating... UNTIL Next Time Magical Havasu!!! Peace Out

We have stayed at Lake Havasu several times in the past, but always thought this hotel would be out of our budget. Surprisingly, it was not. The location is perfect right at the London Bridge. They offer boat slips. Just steps away from your room. The staff was wonderfully welcoming. What an amazing stay!!!

Bed was squeaky. Room was clean enough but could have been cleaner in the bathroom floor. Coffee in room was nice. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Balcony was a nice feature. $35 for early check in (before 2pm) but worth it for us to get out of the heat.

This property is a 3 star hotel at best. Make sure you bring your own soap. Have to call down to have your room cleaned. Great location; right on the "London Bridge" and close to good restaurants.

I loved this room and the area. Only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. The view of the London Bridge from our room was AMAZING! If it had been cooler, I would have spent the night on the balcony enjoying the view. Luckily, the same amazing view was in the VERY comfortable and spacious room. Will definitely come back again.

We were very impressed with the Heat Hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious with a microwave, refrigerator, and in-room coffee maker. We liked that they provided glasses, wine glasses/opener, and mugs/saucers for coffee. I wish that they offered recycling cans in room, as we didn't see any on the property either. Our only issue was that the shower didn't drain properly, but once reported to the front desk it was taken care of quickly. From our balcony and even in the room with the patio door closed we could hear a lot of music and crowd noise from venues across the water, but realize we were there during spring break so we can't complain. If you run the fan constantly it provides white noise and you won't be able to hear the outside noise. A wonderful resort, great location, beautiful views, we'd stay there again.

We had a great view of the London Bridge and all of the boats coming into the channel from our room and balcony. The room was very clean, and had a refrigerator and microwave. Heat Hotel is in the middle of all the restaurants, shops, and parks, so you can walk to everything. We will be back!

The sheets did not seem fresh. Bathroom floor did not look like it was cleaned very well. Just swept maybe. Noisy, some remodeling going on maybe.

Location was perfect. The room was great.I would not recommend this location if you like more quiet/dark environment at night. You can definitely hear loud music playing at night from the surrounding bars. We utilized a sound machine to drown it out but other than that, our stay was great! Walkable to all nearby attractions…parks, bridge, beaches, shopping & restaurants. Our bed and linens were very comfortable and clean! We would stay here again.
