Amenities are nice, restaurant, snacks etc. Room was clean, typical wear and tear for hotel carpet. Beds and pillows are not great. In the cold weather room was extremely dry, everyone woke up stuffy and with a sore throat.

Nice room, but the toilets were not updated, they were low.

The room was large and comfortable. We were not offered cleaning service when we checked in. The next day I had to walk through the hotel carrying clean towels to our room! We will not stay there again.

Lovely room but no cold water! I've heard of no hot water but this was uncomfortable. The sink offered hot water from the cold tap and hotter water from the hot tap. Your shower choice was HOT or scalding!

The aisle is a very nice place to stay. Only had one minor bad interactive with a staff member where he was in the right, but could have given a better delivery of the message he was trying to convey. Other than that no complaints. Would stay again and recommend!

Very good property. I will be back. Resort fees are a waste of time. It borders on “bait and switch “. Just tell us how much the rooms cost, unless we can opt out of the resort fee.

You're bed is terrible i didn't get any sleep last night and your Toilet is like sitting on the floor.

Bad - they didn’t have the room we reserved. Put us in a room that had less beds than we needed and said they didn’t have extra pillows. WiFi was bad. Water pressure terrible. Bed was basically on the floor and too soft. Just a bad all around experience.

The parking structure was filthy. That made me concerned about the casino and rooms. They were clean and the room was extremely well maintained.

The room was very quiet. I was even near the elevator and did not hear anyone else that was staying there.

Check in was very quick, friendly staff. Very helpful as well, i left my phone on a game and when i went back it was gone. They located it very quickly and got it back to me. Clean rooms and overall hotel and casino!

Our room was perfect and the view from our room was beautiful! Everyone from the moment we checked in were friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

Hotel rooms wreak of smoke, I guess that's to be expected of a hotel connected to a casino (according to my husband) but not ideal for someone who is health conscious and getting up the next day to run the Bix7. Wont stay here again.

We used to love the Isle hotel and casino.. Staff was always awesome games were good.. Then things changed.. Prices higher, slots tighter.. Most staff is still awesome.. But there are a few less than that. We used to make it a point to visit every other month.. That will no longer be they case.. Unless the hotel offers better pricing and there gaming offers perks.. We miss that.. Still the river view is awesome

Staff at the front desk was rude. Had to pay a “resort fee” but had to ask for frest towels and a room refresh. Once that was established, we received the clean towels in a bad tossed on the bathroom sink. No fresh sheets and the trash was never emptied. Wouldnt stay again.

Great view of the river, but only wish they would make it easy to get to the sky walk from the area near the casino.

Restaurant staff was terrible. Took forever to get served then when we did get our food they brought the check and preceeded to cut all the TVs and music off.

Not so many kids and if so keep them in one tower not both. They constantly run up and down the halls and play on the elevators pushing every floor’s buttons which makes it hard to get an elevator.

I had paint falling from the ceiling while I tried blow drying my hair. The air didn’t work. The elevators were down to 1 working which caused a 20 minute wait and then a ride that stopped by every floor. Customer service was a joke. The place was over priced and disgusting. Highly recommend staying anywhere else.

Room was not very clean and had stains on carpet. Drain backed up in bathtub and sink. Check in took 20 minutes. Otherwise, most things were fine.

Rooms were ok. Picked a bad weekend to stay, kids were everywhere and in town for a basebal tournament. Not ideal for Casino guests. Doubt we'll return.
