We really enjoyed our stay at Baymont by Wyndham Pigeon Forge. Anytime I stay at a hotel I've never stayed at before, I'm always skeptical, but this hotel was GREAT! The room was extremely clean! The staff was SO nice! The complimentary breakfast was way better than I expected. And the best part, it's pet friendly! We will definitely stay here again!!

Upon arrival the first thing I noticed is the cleaning. This was one of the cleanest hotels I have been in in a while. Older hotel but extremely well maintained. We loved the indoor pool but wished they had a hot tube😢. The bed where super firm some may like that but I like a bit softer. All in all it was a comfortable wonderful stay. We will be back.

Check in was a breeze. I did pre-check in via a mobile text. All I had to do was show my license and card I secured the room with. The front desk clerk was very nice, unfortunately I dont remember her name. Room was nice and clean. The room was equipped with simple basics, very tiny soap, shampoo, and conditioner, all Dove brand, so if you're there for more than 1 night either ask for extras or bring your own. Bed was nice, nothing great but good enough for the weekend. My family would stay again.

This hotel was perfect it is near the island and the easiest to get to
The room refrigerator was big and that was a plus . The breakfast room was clean they had different breads sausage biscuit and gravy and and about 4 different waffle makers juices and coffee cereals and yogurt oh and eggs and sausage and the staff was so friendly and helpful we will definitely book this hotel again .

This is not a hotel but a motel, with bedrooms facing open balconies. I don't think one can put that option online without informing guests that it is in fact a motel. This is misleading and leads to an unsatisfactory stay for those of us looking for a hotel.

It was a really good location and very clean. It is located right in the heart of pigeon forge and can walk directly to the island. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here who is looking for something convenient to walk around pigeon forge

Not to bad for an older hotel. But, the beds are about 4 feet high and extremely firm. Breakfast is ok serving biscuits gravy sausage eggs and waffles muffins and cereal. All n all,,, I'd stay again. Mainly because the island is almost right across the street.

The staff here was extremely nice and did great at their jobs. When you check in they are super nice and explain everything. When you have a problem they fix it immediately. Also the lady who does breakfast is a sweet heart and makes sure to greet everyone coming in and checks to make sure everything was good.

No housekeeping which I believe lead to roaches in the room. We were unable to use the balcony because a couple from down the hallway would come and sit in front of our room for hours at a time. Beds were a little hard for my liking. Water pressure not very good either.
