The room had a kitchen and premium cable channels on the tv. The room had been cleaned with vinegar and there was visible streaks on items in the room and the common hallways/elevator. The bathroom had a non functioning fan. The staff I encountered was not very welcoming. Breakfast is only offered on the weekends. Overall, I would pass on staying here again.

No breakfast at all during the week. Only on weekend. Coffee was the only thing offered since our stay was during the week.

Have stayed at MainStay Suites for years, particularly in Lincoln. However this MainStay Suites was a total disaster. Best to avoid. No breakfast was offered without explanation. The doors into and put off the hotel were grimy and dirty, except where people's hands had rubbed off the dirt. The room had cracked tiles and missing edges where the tile transitioned to carpet. You could easily cut your foot on it. The exit at the end of the hallway says locked 24 hours but actually it is tired open 24 hours with zip ties. Morning around the property assisted to be regularly cleaned. The doors even in the room we're sticky as if a dirty mop had been used. The whole place smelled unclean making for a miserable stay. After we got in the car we wiped off our hands and elbows with Clorox wipes.

Great location around restaurants and shopping yet quiet.

Hotel was fine for a one night stay. Would be nice for a longer term with a good sized kitchenette. Helpful to know breakfast is only provided on weekends.

Very good location near restaurants and a mall. Easy to get to and to get out of. Costco nearby for gasoline. Room is dated but clean and functional with a kitchenet and a supply of pots and pans and silverware and dishes which were perfect for our stay. We travel through twice a year and will stay again.

Check in was simple and fast. Room was clean and serviceable. Hotel was quiet until midnight when an adjacent room played loud music until 3AM.

The hotel just needs to be updated the rooms and decor is old. Cleanliness was just the fact of the age of things getting grundy.

Our king bed room had a full kitchen (slightly smaller than average appliances, but perfect for a hotel)! It was furnished with pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, etc. It even had a dishwasher. We cooked steaks & shrimp with no problems. :) The only con is that the breakfast didnt have much variety, nor did it have much in the way of protein other than eggs and some veggies with a scant amount of sausage mixed in. Otherwise, it was perfect for what we needed. Right behind the Coral Ridge Mall and near Costco. You could easily walk to Texas Roadhouse and a few of the other stores. Located just off of I80.

The faucet in the kitchenette was leaking and needs repair, also the caulking for the bathroom sink was coming away from the wall and needs repair. Otherwise lovely rooms. We all enjoyed our stay.

The staff was amazing and went out of their way to help us with whatever we needed. Disappointed there wasn't a way to disinfect the workout equipment. All the gyms have spray bottles and towels so we can keep the machines germ-free. Thank goodness, the front desk had a spray I could use. It needs to be standard in your Fitness rooms.

The hotel is well located for a shopping trip. It was easy to find. The hotel itself was clean and quiet.

The location was convenient, and my room was spacious and clean. I really liked the in-room kitchen. The only negative was the hot breakfast. It is only offered on weekends and the Saturday I was there no one replenished the hot food, during the time I was eating (6:45a-7:15a), which ran out. The food I had was fine, though. I will go back if I am there on a weekend, but not on a weekday. I like a hot breakfast when I am working.

The rooms are out dated and they smell. The place definitely needs some up keep.

Over all we were happy there. However, Expedia advertised breakfast but that is only. On Saturday and Sun. Coffee and oatmeal available any time.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Would stay again

After I booked the room I was wondering if it included breakfast, so I checked the website. I did not see anything that indicated that it did, however it was included. The only real complaint that I would have is that the bathroom ventilation system was not working, so it was exceptionally humid in there throughout the entire stay.

We were on a long road trip and passing by the area booked this hotel for one night (breakfast included). Great location: near the highway and close to a mall and restaurants; filled gas at nearby Costco. Room was satisfactory in all regards. But we got a surprise that they just stopped serving breakfast on weekdays starting a couple of days before our arrival (obviously after we already booked it). I calmly expressed my surprise with the front desk (no yelling). The next morning, I got another surprise from the hotel manager who explained to us why he was making the change with the breakfast and offered us refund of $10 for each person in our party. I thought it was good that the young man at the front desk passed on the case to management and the manager to proactively reaching out to us and offered compensation (without me demanding to see management). So, it was all good.
