-Front desk associate wasn't exactly friendly
-It took several minutes of running the water until it came up to full temperature. This process had to be repeated any time hot water was needed. What a waste of water! Why is there not a circulating loop??
-Rooms are dingy
-Sickly colored lighting and not much of it
-Dirty light switches, couch, toilet, curtains
-Tub porcelain was damaged resulting in rust stains
-Wall mounted thermostat didn't seem to work. The thermostat on the unit did except it refused to keep the fan on continuously as requested
-An adjacent rooms alarm clock went off for 30+ minutes in the middle of the night. While this may be no fault of the hotels, I have reasons to believe otherwise. I never heard anyone in an adjacent unit and my room's alarm clock was off by 15 hrs indicating they aren't maintained.

Overall the stay was good. Hotel was nice and clean. Front desk attendant was great as well. The only downfall with this particular hotel is its location. Convenient to the airport, but not at all easy to find. Be aware of potholes if traveling in the evening time. We had to replace a tire, which indeed up being much more than the cost of the room.

Just a note when leaving the airport and crossing the main highway to come to Hotel there is a Detour sign on road to come to hotel which we did not know if we could come down road, but we did and was able to get to Hotel if the sign is no longer needed it should be removed, second in hotel parking lot was a street light that was broken and it strobe bright all night,

The Staff were pleasant, the young lady at the desk allowed me to check in about 15 minutes early. The room was ok, the carpet looked dirty sad to say . I was worn out from the week and looked forward to a hot shower, well that was out of the question 😓 I got in and all I got was tepid water. The bed was comfortable. It took a while for the heater to kick in. I can't have a room too cold due to a condition that I have and didn't expect the room to be so cold. Disappointed, This hotel can do better, it has potential.

I had a two night stay and I left the room at 9 AM was gone all day. I came back around 7 PM to discover that my room had not been made up.…… And no… I did not have the do not disturb door hanger. When I went to the desk to let them know what happened they did not seem too concerned.

The carpet needs to be changed in that room. The lady at the front was ok but not very friendly. The room smelled like smoke.

Stayed two nights. Hotel could use some updating of pool area but for price it was good. Close to mall. Also walld are paperthin and you can hear everything so that was an issue also my toom smelled like feet. Breakfast was not good.

plane arrived a day early. H.com and property would not move my day a night backward. " You did not buy protection" they said. Cancellation was not the issue. Oh well. No more H.com for me !

Hotel is pretty old. Queen beds are full beds. There was a hole in the wall and they just put a lotion bottle to cover the hole. AC is super loud and still was warm. Not good value for the price we paid.

Updates seem to be overdue on the 4th floor as the carpet is wrinkled in the hallways and seemed well worn. The bathroom sink was missing the drain plug and hair was left in the bathtub. Bedding was very clean and the other room amenities were nice.

The clerk could have been a little more attentive and friendly during check in. Nice selection for breakfast but my wife wasnt a fan of the sausage. There were also a few floor tile that were loose in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and nice size room with couch, fridge and coffee maker in the room.
