We always chose Hampton Inn, but this time the saty was beyond excellent. Even though qe were cheering for the 'away' team, all the staff was so friendly that we felt as the 'home' team. A big thank you and congratulations to Mr. Jordan Michael who made our stay even more memorable. Best staff member ever!

Hotel is in a great location if you are going to a Cardinals game or if you want to visit the Westgate area. Within walking distance to both places.

Edna from housekeeping was amazing! She brought us extra pillows and anything we asked for and was very friendly! Nadia was also amazing working at the desk! She made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Easy location to find, good customer service, nice breakfast. Good pool area. You are charged additional for parking.

The entire hotel smelled bad and overall seemed dirty. Our room had black mold in the bathroom so we canceled the rest of our stay. The staff was nice and had good customer service but for the same price as the Renaissance, we would’ve preferred to stay there.

Front desk staff and all staff we encountered were great. Our room wasn’t the cleanest. Had to wipe some areas down when we got our room as we have little kids. Was still an overall good experience, would still stay at this location again. Great for stadium events.

I am not sure if this is a rule for all hotels or not but I remember staying elsewhere and they would come in and change the towels (housecleaning) and this time we had to go to the front desk and ask for them?
Make sure you review the fine print for additional fees like daily parking and deposits. That was my mistake but other than that it was a pleasant stay - staff was friendly and breakfast was always stocked up. The gentleman who oversees it was on top of it and the coffee was always available which was a huge plus for me.
Check out process was fast and I think we will be back.

We felt very safe and the staff was very helpful and courteous. It was very affordable and the breakfast was very convenient and saved us time.

Great stay with very friendly staff. Area was convenient to areas I needed to go. Only downside was the air conditioner in the room. It was very loud when it would kick on and it intermittently would wake us up at night. The unit in room 235 needs to be serviced. Thanks.

My room was spacious with room to spread out and adequate storage for one person, although I had to ask for a microwave. Breakfasts were decent even with reconstituted eggs. My main issue was that my room felt humid and musty even though the air was very dry outside, and the front desk suggested that it might be the A/C but as it took a long time for maintenance to show up I was never able to coordinate with them to find out. So despite the dry weather I still had to go out with frizzy hair during my whole stay. Apart from this the staff was courteous and everything was up to the standards I've come to expect from Hampton.

Went there to see the Football game and chose to stay instead of driving back to Tucson. The staff were all very friendly amd accomidating.

Upon arrival they provided keys to a room that way dirty and not ready. We had to go to the reception area to get a different room. Also, the T.V in the room never worked. We called reception and sent a technician about 5 times. Never worked. Fridge was not cold enough.

Clean room, friendly staff. Andy worked hard to get me checked in early and called me when a room was available. The room was very clean and modern.

The shades didn’t work in the room and place was just ok. The closest was interesting there was drama in the lobby. Not a 200 a night hotel and if that the future of 200 a night hotels I’ll be taking less trips.
