Exhaust fan in bathroom did not work. Carpet many stains but it was a pet room and definitely had a pet smell. Excellent breakfasts with a changing main item daily. Very comfortable bed.

We have stayed here many times over the last few years when visiting the area. This is a wonderful, consistently excellent place to stay and always our first choice. The employees are efficient and kind. The heating/cooling systems in the rooms are good. Everything is sparkling clean, and the breakfasts are fine--comparable to most hotels. The rooms are quiet even tho near the highway. The pool area is well-maintained and clean.

I loved that the area was safe! It is an area that looked like it was just starting to be built up. There wasn't a lot of options for dining within walking but we drove not too far to get the options we wanted. The pool does look bigger in the pictures and the whole reason I booked that specific hotel was for the waterslide for my kids and it was out of service! That was our biggest disappointment in the place.

Room had a damp smell and it took a few hours for air conditioning to really cool the room. Room was not super clean. Shower curtain was old and smelly. Spots on wall of bathroom and hairs around toilet made me think it wasn’t cleaned very well.

Kids enjoyed the pool and we were the only ones so it was great. A little strange that the pool maintenance guy sat in the corner and watched us the entire time, around an hour. Room was fine, no issues, front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed the pool and slide, that area was very clean. Breakfast was nice and hot. The hallways had not been vacuumed in too long and it was very apparent that our room hadn't been vacuumed either (confetti & glitter on the floor). The bathroom needed to be cleaned much better too. The front desk staff was very kind upon check in.

I stayed here while participating in a training course for work. The hotel was quiet and comfortable and an easy commute to my training site. I would stay there again.

I came for back to 50s each morning biscuit and gravey no hot eggs or bacon or sausage un real as I’m a dimond member with choice hotel chain I would not stay here again for what I pd unreal I always make sure I gave a hot breakfast this was crap my ac did not work properly but they did fix it our room was never cleaned and we had to go get our towel each day ?????? What do I pay for

I asked for an accessible room, so I got room 106. The bathroom was so small that you needed to keep the door closed to use the toilet. The door was dirty and had stains on it. There were no towel holders, just a simple small topped sink and counter. The bathtub shower was scummy and there was only and 6-8 inch handle over the soap holder . The rug in the room was scuffed and dirty. And the fan/vent over the shower did not work.
When I checked out, I asked for a copy of the bill. I told the person about my issues and she told me she would get a maintenance request. Never did she say, that’s to bad, sorry for the inconvenience with the shower, or offer anything like an apology for the unkept room. Actually she appeared indifferent.

The hotel was average. The service spent most of the time in the office not out dealing with customers unless the bell was rung. The breakfast was the most poorly attended I have ever seen. The food was gone by 8:00 and no one even came to re-stock any items until at least 3 people waiting for food complained. Then, as they brought out new items, they were gone as soon as put out. The tables and counters were disgusting and filthy. No one was wiping down or cleaning anything. It was the most neglected breakfast station I have ever seen. Totally gross.

Thermostat set to 65 when we got in room it was 73. Only got down to 72 overnight. WiFi signal almost non existent. Pool towels tiny. Bed comfy . Room big.

They have a waterslide that, in the room, states that they will run it at request, but when we requested, they stated that they couldn't. Sign also states that the pool opens at 6 am, so hoping for a quiet, solo swim, I went down to find the pool closed and was nicely told that the pool had been open for adults from 10 pm-12 pm, but bedtime for me is 10. A pool in Minnesota, in the winter, is the reason i stay at a hotel.
