Good location for the stay

Cheap bedding, bed very uncomfortable, room and facility smelled like mold. Front desk not staffed approx 80% of the time. Hallways and area near elevator floors dirty, trash/litter around that was never cleaned/picked up during my week stay. Hard to obtain new towels, had to ask twice.

Location was convenient to our activities

Under remodeling; breakfast area was a mess and food was marginal. Housekeeping service was confined to replacing towels. The carpet in the first room we were assigned was wet

The staff was good

The room smell musty, we had no toiletries in the bathroom, the toilet didn’t work properly, and there were fruit flies in the bathroom.

They had a lot to overcome because of their location and roof damage. The food was good.

Roof damage and location change for breakfast. Halls were draped in plastic but they did the best they could. Trying to clean a black tablecloth with a rag was hard, They did a pretty good job in spite of it all.

Center outdoor area, safe for children. They could use more chairs. Staff were helpful and friendly.
