Our stay was great! Only complaints I would mention was the A/C unit was leaking water (which the front desk took note of immediately so no issue on the part of the staff) and the pillows were very uncomfortable.

Was not happy,comfortable. We couldnt use the pool ,hot tub was dirty. It was loud throughout the night. Definitely will not be back.

Great rooms for the price

Comfort Suites Glendale has quick easy access to the 10 Freeway, plenty of building front parking, safe area, reception staff was very courteous and helpful, and our room was comfortable.

Overall great experience staff was amazing

Excellent hotel

So nice we had such a great staycation and it was the best spot we could’ve picked. Great shopping great location awesome staff really appreciated everyone’s hospitality very quiet surprisingly for being right next to the freeway.

Overall, excellent

I stayed here for a week and enjoyed my stay overall. A few negatives: Breakfast was good but a few other fruit choices than green apples would have been nice. Air conditioner kept the room cool and worked very well but no low setting for night so several times I woke up because it came on blasting. There was a lot of traffic noise since I was on the highway side of the hotel. After a couple of days I got use to it but if I had stayed only a weekend it would have really bugged me. So some minor things but overall I enjoyed my stay. The bed was a little hard for me but ai think that is more of a personal preference. I would stay here again.

The staff was great, the room had a noisy leaking toilet, hair from past guests in the shower, missing ceiling fixtures to cover holes, fire sprinkler had no fixture, could see straight through to the pipes and insulation above. I was on the 4th floor and I must've been right under a whole building air conditioning unit, when that thing would spin up it vibrated the walls and the hum woke me from a dead sleep every time it would clunk on.

Quiet, spacious room, good location. Front desk facilitated early check-in on a very hot day. Thank you.

Room service never came to clean up our room during our stay. Other than that everything else was great. Conveniently located near the stadium and westgate

I see great reviews from others. But turns out not as it. Extremely stinks and dirty pool hot tub extremely stinks. Inside hotel also smell bad. Pay 140 not worth it. I really want to workout right away but don’t want waste 140$.

Everything was amazing except for the hot tub. It was neither hot nor clean. However, the service, friendliness, and cleanliness of everything else was on par if not better than some of the finest "resorts" I have stayed in.

King Suite was a good size and clean. The small fridge and microwave are nice amenities. What was terrible was a barking dog left in the room adjoining ours! Starting late afternoon the poor dog barked about every 15 minutes, or more if it heard a noise. This went on until after 10:45 pm. The woman at the front desk was kind and said she'd tried to reach the owners, but no answer. What kind of people do that to and with their dog?! Nothing could be done... The next day I emailed the manager, as I was given her card. I asked what the pet policy is and for compensation. I was told no compensation for our unpleasant stay and that guests "sign a pet policy form". I replied asking what is the policy? "Is there no large fine to detour someone leaving their barking dogs all night?" I did not receive a reply. I've stayed at hotels with my dog and have to sign that I agree Animal Control will be called to remove my dog if it's alone barking. Guess what, I didn't leave my dog alone. It's not hard - Get a Rover sitter if you need to go out. A plea to dog owner's - please don't ruin it for all of us and the dogs. Unfortunately this experience made our stay very disappointing.

it was located close to the expressway for easy access. They had daily breakfast which was decent.

The multiple beds accessible room was perfect for us. We traveled with my father whobis in a wheelchair. The room was huge and very comfortable for him to "roll around" in. Beds were comfy. Very close to stadium which is why we chose this hotel. Pleasant surprise. We would definitely stay again.

The staff wasn’t very helpful and refused to issue the room that was reserved said it was an Expedia problem. Expedia doesn’t have anyway to dispute room issues.

We had 2 rooms because it was 2 different reservations. 1st room was amazed. The 2nd one smelled like cigarettes and cleaner.

The hotel is near the highway and isn’t loud, there is plenty of food near, The hotel was very clean, the complementary breakfast that is served was good better than expected. The pool was nice and clean and I don’t know if it was warm because it’s heated or due to the Arizona weather. The building does have a little bit of age to it along with some of the buildings fixtures Bathtub soap holders were a little old and peeling was a little old. It just comes down to more or less old fixtures, but definitely loved the stay the room and the price.
