It was a great stay for our mom/daughter trip with friends. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel is remodeling, but that was a problem for us.

Had requested a bottom floor room but none were available. The beds were outstanding. The coffee machine did not work.

I booked a “fully refundable” room, so I tried on several
Occasions to cancel the reservation even calling the property 3 times. I tried on the 16
And 17. I was unable to cancel and my credit card was charged. I am not happy! I am very ill and was not able to continue and knowing that, I tried to cancel my fully refundable room.

Nice hotel, the area was a little inconvenient to drive due to weird divided road. Bet breakfast of 3 other hotels we stayed at over our trip. Drawers in one cabinet in the room were missing but room was large and nice.

Not so good. No available parking. Very unfriendly and unprofessional desk clerk. Property was in poor condition overall.

Great stay. The room was nice and clean. The front desk clerk was a great. Got me in a room quick. The breakfast was good. Plus it was close to everything. I really enjoyed my stay.

The property has signs saying it's being renovated, but that process certainly hadn't reached my room. It smelled musty and the bathroom walls showed signs of mold. The pillows smelled bad too so I put a towel over them, which helped. A guest was sitting just outside the main entrance smoking weed.

The gentleman at desk was terrific! We had a room next to a barking dog (we had our dog with as well) and he immediately moved us to another room. We ordered a pizza and i asked about a dumpster to dispose of the box, he said "I'll take care of that for you!" and took my trash! This type if service is unheard of! Breakfast bar was clean, nice food. I will definitely stay at the LaQuinta in Pooler, GA next time we are heading north (or south). Will try other LaQuinta hotels when traveling with our dog!

If you’re from out of town they try to double charge your charge and charge you for smoking policy fees with NO PROOF! Lock your cards after you check in! I will never visit there again!

If you’re a smoker, make sure you spray yourself down before you come back in the hotel! I was WRONGFULLY charged $250 because they “smelled” smoke! NO PROOF OF ME SMOKING IN THE ROOM! I asked to speak to a manager and they called the police and trespassed me from the property! Wow!! Worst experience ever!

The shower curtain rod was hanging on for dear life and hanging down not blocking water and ceiling needs some serious remodel in bathroom shower area

The staff were friendly but not helpful with anything. They over charged by card. I was there for four days and house keeping came on the day before I checked out and they only came because I saw them in the hallway. I requested for my room to be cleaned the day after I came and they didn’t clean it even after I made a request at the front desk. Omg

This hotel is on the outskirts of Pooler what we call "Old Pooler" since I've lived here for almost 15yrs. It's located on Hwy 80 and the rooms were good and clean it had a musty smell inside but I brought my candle to diffuse the smell. Good hotel for the price.

John is a wonderful and caring front desk attendant. He helped accommodate my pregnant wife, two dogs, our 20 foot Uhual and car tow when we arrived at midnight. Truly caring and went above and beyond! Breakfast is a great and area is quiet.

The Breakfast was good. The beds were not comfortable..The pool & hot tub were both dirty. We were told they were closed. The next day another employee said he didnt know they were closed. We stayed in a Laquinta Inn , in Brunswick. It was fantastic. This place was awful!!!

Dogs across the hall were crazy loud, but not at the fault of the hotel. Room was very nice. Really big, lots of storage space. Bathroom was spacious and shower was nice.

Terrible. Stayed here for 2 nights, housekeeping never came to clean the room, take the garbage, give new towels. Place had under renovation signs and full of roaches in the bathroom, I'm not even joking . low maintenance and I wouldn’t stay here again. Do not recommend

It was about right for the price. Everything worked (AC, mini fridge, microwave, shower, etc.) The toilet sometimes needed 2 flushes. The place is supposedly undergoing a renovation, but they hadn't gotten to our room yet! It was a little run down. Lumpy pillows and a hole in one of the bedsheets. The fellow at the front desk was very polite and breakfast was a typical steamer tray with eggs and sausage, as well as the waffle maker and toast/bread options.

The carpet in my room was really dirty and damp. Did not want to walk barefoot. The toilet seat was the wrong size for the bowl. Awkward and unsanitary. Other than that, easy location, friendly staff.
