The front desk staff all appeared to be untrained with the exception of 1-2 individuals and didn’t appear to have answers so simple questions

The staff were very friendly and helpful! My reservation was for a queen bed room and instead I got a very small full sized Murphy bed. The bed itself was very uncomfortable, and the area behind the bed was dusty and dirty. The complimentary breakfast was a nice amenity with a standard breakfast buffet.

Great place for summer or winter. Ski/bike lifts are within 30 yards of rooms. Only complaint would be the comfort of the bed on the sleeper couch. Need a new mattress or a thick pad to put under mattress.

Very nice resort. We don’t mountain bike but looks first class for mountain biking. The facilities are all top notch, staff is outstanding. Would love to go back and stay a week.

I would not recommend this place. False advertisement! Many amenities were not even open. Very expensive to eat there!

The Village at Big Sky was a great place to stay. We went in the summer and loved every aspect of the location. The view of the mountain was beautiful. The room was much bigger than expected. The pool and hot tub were a nice way to end each day. The local activities were plentiful and the free breakfast was to die for. Cannot wait to plan another trip back!

Beautiful settings in the Mountains, front desk staff welcoming (every time you walked into the lobby).. lovely spacious room, with surprises! Restaurants on premise were delicious (but expensive) Hot tub needs a little updating but clean! The check in process is a bit unusual but later understood the reason.. Overall, relaxing and comfortable, with beautiful scenery

Terrible problems getting into and out of Big Sky via the access road. Delay of 1hour 45 minutes to get in and 30 minutes getting out. This is wasted vacation time!!

First time to Village Center at the Big Sky Resort. What a delight! The check-in process was super. Joe escorted us to the Village Center check-in desk. He is very personable. The Village Center front desk were also great with an efficient check-in process and explaining the property to us. The room was simply wonderful! We had dinner at Westward Social. Joe provided good service and the meal was amazing. I was especially impressed with the Chicken Pesto sandwich. My only regret is staying one night. There appeared to be enough things to do in the area to justify a 2- or 3-night stay. Next time!!!!

Lovely, quiet property located in Village; need to get luggage from parking lot along pedestrian path (minor issue). Great order-off-menu breakfast (non-buffet) included. Personable, helpful staff.

Centrally located to shops and lifts

It was great. Bathroom floor wasn’t clean and it was very confusing where the hotel is and how to check in and unload your luggage.

Beautiful property with lots of activities for families. Check-in and staff are first class. Hot tub was looking a little worn but overall a beautiful place to stay with great people.

This place is amazing!!

Exceptional facilities and great spaces. Only negative is a very low Murphy bed.

My only complaint is the parking situation for the Village Center—you have to either do valet or walk quite a bit. The distance is only a problem when you have a lot of luggage!
