We had a great stay at the Peppermill. The rooms were comfortable and it was nice having everything we needed and never had to leave the hotel. If I was going to complain about anything it would be that the food at every venue was super expensive.

This was absolutely just a "Premier" type of property. So beautiful beyond words. My room had a view of the outdoor pool/hot tub area, up on the 3rd floor.
The bathroom was just so very nice with amenities there for you. (blow dryer included.)
The beds were so comfy with 4 large pillows to boot.
This was for just one night, but I would certainly do it again!

My stay at the Peppermill in Reno Nevada was wonderful! My son recently relocated to Reno and this hotel was near his apartment. I enjoyed the hotel room and the luxury it provided me. I opted not to have the room cleaned each day which allowed me a perk of $10 each day for snacks. I felt safe and secure in my room. The only drawback was the cigarette smell in the hallways. However, I have to say that overall my stay at the Peppermill was great!

I think the maintenance is good, but the hotel seems tired. As I told my husband, ordinary people, like us, book in for a little glamour, but actually we want a good deal too. There is a breakdown in provided services. No longer is there valet service and the concierge no longer will make dinner reservations. The hotel staff remains excellent, both helpful and cheerful.

The room was not clean, there was a dirty sock left under a chair from a previous guest. You could tell the housekeeper did not take their time to clean that room

I loved my stay My room was beautiful. I saw snow fall this trip. I loved the staff they were so nice. Thank you to the servers who brought me juice, I don't drink a lot so the juice and sodas were nice.

This is always a nice place to stay for their amenities. This place has the best gym.

Business travel. The hotel is great if you stay in the towers- the north wing is a maze. You take the lobby elevator to the 3 rd floor, find skyway to another elevator up a flight of stairs, then take that to your designated floor.
I had a view of a parking lot, similar to a motor lodge. If your staying in the “North Wing” you shouldn’t be expected to pay the $40 plus resort fee.
I must say the room is nice and the bedding was lovely. The heater fan sounds like a freight train.

Went for a quick trip to celebrate a 40th birthday, had a great dinner at Bimini Steakhouse, gambled a little, love that you can sit at the bar and gamble and get free drinks that are good not water down. Will be back in February.

I have stayed at many hotels in my lifetime. This is the first one I have ever stayed where they charge $100 a night incidental fee. Insane! On top of that, on my third night, I was left a message to come down to the front desk. When I get there, they tell me that I need to give them a different credit card because the one I used was declined. What are you talking about?! I showed the front desk clerk the debit out of my account AND the ridiculous incidental fee pending on my credit card, NOTHING was declined. He left the front desk and went to the back office to figure out what the problem was. He came back 15 minutes later and apologized for the mistake. Never again will I stay at the Peppermill, nice hotel but policy and service at the front desk was trash.

This was a far cry from our stay a year ago. The service from the front desk was quick and pleasant. They seem to have more competent people working the front desk. The casino and restaurants workers were also very good. The bartender next to Oceano restaurant saw how long we were waiting and intervened without us asking to get our table ready. He was excellent. The only drawback I had is one side of the king bed mattress sloped. So, I never slept well all four nights. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars instead of 4.

Nice resort but I had to walk to the west wing which was outside. After a full day traveling and arriving around midnight it was a quest to get to my room. Other than that it was a great stay.

Perfect stay enjoyed our weekend trip we had an incredible service and peppermil is thankful to have terri at there registration concierge she is absolutely amazing went way and beyound making us welcomed and try so hard to offer the best customers service she also gitbua the right room with all the amenities we where asking for with the best view thank you again
