The room needed some repairs. It was also not very clean. Staff was nice.

The stay was great but the 306 room the bathtub had some issues and the guy in the morning checking me out said oh I never know what happens with the new renovation which I found concerning how do we know if they room is good if they never check in on it… I like staying at the hotel but would like to see some more attention to those 2 areas please.

We were put in a room with construction that ended at 8 pm on the evening we arrived at 6, then started back at 0630 in the morning, no compensation from the front staff. Terrible service

The staff upon check in was unprofessional. Group talking and ignoring us. A staff member finally showed up and checked us in.
The hotel smelt musty/moldy. The room and furniture was stained and dirty. The same individual who checked us in had no concern about our complaint. Did not offer another room or any compensation.
The hotel was very noisy due to remodeling. I would never stay there again,

It’s location was perfect with it on a hill overlooking Sheridan. Easy access to downtown and interstate. It’s the third time we have stayed there

Everything was great except the sheets are bleached too much making them a bit stiff. I was itchy for a few hours.

Expedia and this property advertised that electric vehicle chargers were available. This was partially true as Tesla chargers were available. I don’t drive a Tesla. This was VERY inconvenient bc we specifically selected the hotel so we could charge and there are not chargers readily available in town .

Room was clean & quiet. Check in was smooth with friendly desk attendant. The pet fee was $75 while Expedia lists $50.

We were there for the Xmas Stroll, we spent 4 mights while we drove around the are. Great place, clean, friendly all around. Breakfast was very good, nice gym as well, we stayed in a spacious suite, just what we needed. will stay there again for sure.

The hotel is in a good location. Safe and quiet area. The only reason I would not pick this hotel again is that the walls are thin and we could hear our neighbors talking. Staff did a courtesy call to remind our neighbors of quiet hours. Pet fee is a bit high for one night too but other than that the rooms were clean and staff was friendly.

We had a good stay. Reception desk was fast and helpful. Ask about a Japanese restaurant and she was right it was great. Just not clear on good pet area. Most was rocky and slope. At 72 in the dark not a good thing.

A terrific breakfast which was a real contrast to the hotel we stayed in right across the way from the Hampton Inn. Plus the staff was Wonderful!

Bathroom light wouldn't stay on so had to shower in dark. Service man could not repay it after 2 attempts.

Suite “sofa bed” was a pull out chair with all sorts of stains on the mattress, had to retrieve bedding from front desk. All sorts of unfinished drywall patching in the room and bathroom. Toilet was not in good working condition and constantly ran (flap would not stay down). Hot tub jets did not work. Probably the worst Hilton property I have stayed at. The property’s only saving grace was the delightful staff that did what they could to make up for everything else.

The staff was very friendly, & the hotel is located near the Interstate, so we didn’t have to travel through town to get to the Soccer Tournament we were attending.

The Hot Tub didn't work.
The bed was hard compared to other Hampton's I've stayed in.
The room that I reserved over a month before my stay wasn't available.

The Hampton Inn was clean and easy to access for our travels back to Montana. We appreciate that it was pet friendly too.
