Great location. You can walk to the beach and to the ADO bus station. The hotel is cosy and it's got charm. The buffet breakfast could be better, but the staff is nice.

This hotel is in a perfect location. Close the grocery store and 5th! Close to restaurants that were priced much better then on 5th. The lush gardens are great however if you want to tan it covers like a canopy and hardly any sun comes through, but beautiful to read and relax by the pool. Staff amazing!

I has everything I needed. Perhaps even more than I did. I had a full tub and spacious bathroom. Perfect sized room for 1-2 people. Front desk were always accommodating. Great stay!

Great room for the price. Room reminded me of an airport hotel. Very basic. The room I was in only had a window that looked into the property so very little natural light. The staff was super friendly and attentive. The key cards weren’t working on the days that I stayed which was a little inconvenient but staff walked me to my room to let me in. Not a huge deal. Pools are in the shade most of the day but a very nice set up.

Quaint, unique property with very friendly, hard-working staff. The pool area makes you feel like you are in a jungle oasis. Room was very clean. The decore and fixtures are not the most up-to-date, but they are functional and well-maintained. Good location. In walking distance to 5th Ave, restaurants and stores.

The hotel was close by to all the restaurants and 5ta avenida. We had drug stores and supermarkets close ata walking distance.

This hotel is slightly above average. The rooms are clean and it’s a nice area with easy access to “La Quinta.” I would stay here again but it certainly doesn’t deserve a 5 star. I would give it 3.75 stars out of 5. Pros: Clean rooms, quiet, 2 pools, beautiful setting, comfortable beds, and a very friendly bilingual staff. In-room safe. Decent hot-water. Cons: Slow or non-existent wifi. Check-in took more than 30 minutes. I had cancelled one night on my stay and the hotel initially tried to charge me a no-show even though I cancelled before the due time. The key system went down to all the rooms one day and everyone had to be let in by the check-in staff manually. Breakfast is more expensive than La Quinta which is 2 short blocks away. I would stay here again because the property is so nice and the staff is friendly, but they have some work to do. If they want to keep a high rating.

That it was generally quiet, clean, convenient and affordable. However, the Wi-Fi was poor. While the staff insisted someone (maintenance) would check in with me... which they never did... I felt as though I was just paying for a good bed. I'm hoping that when I pay for accommodation its for ALL the amenities the facility says it offers.

Great location, spacious rooms, well maintained facilities; I would only suggest to provide more than 1 key to the guests even with an extra charge in case it gets lost it was very annoying to have only one when there is more than one person, in addition the hotel is closed after midnight, I got back at 3am with no key and none was there to open the door I had to call the hotel for someone to open it for me

The hotel said I did not have a reservation did not acomódate at all, I had to speak to Expedia customer service, they provided a different hotel, called one playa del Carmen, the room was small beds full size, no pool even tho on site they adervertizes one, overall bad experience

When we went to check in they told us they had no rooms and couldn't accommodate us even though I had a confirmed booking. They didn't seem to care that we were without a hotel and didn't even cancel the reservation on their end after telling us they had no rooms. I was charged the full amount for a room I didn't even stay in. Very poor service I wouldn't recommend staying here.

This hotel is a lovely, smaller hotel. I loved the styling and the decor created a lovely atmosphere of Mexican charm. The greenery in the courtyard is fabulous. The area around the small pool was relaxing. The king size beds were very large and comfortable. Our room had a coffee maker and small fridge. The location is perfect, close to the beach, the mega and several restaurants but not noisy. I can say enough about the staff and their excellent service, they were very friendly and accommodating. Great internet with no issue in our rooms or the lobby. The satellite tv was not working but that was not the fault of the hotel. We were booked to stay one night but extended our stay 2 days and would stay here again.

Basically we just used the hotel to sleep one night to go to xelha and then moved to another resort in the Riviera The location is super great, 3 blocks away from la quinta Avenida, a super market next door, xcaret group stop next door and great tacos across the street The pool area was very cozy The service was excellent, they kept our luggage many hours while we were in xelha

Excelente lugar muy bonito, limpio y el servicio muy amable Es una excelente ubicación ya que se encuentra sobre una avenida principal y cerca de la quinta avenida. A 20 minutos caminando para tomar el ferry. Muy comodo hotel y tranquilo

It was a basic hotel but for what we were looking for it was a great price. Location for walking into downtown and also for driving is excellent and there is free on-site parking. Rooms were basic but functional and we had no issues.

We stayed last week.and loved it so much, we.came back this week! We dropped our bags off and left and came back late at night... turns out the AC wasnt working and due to it was late, rather than switch rooms they gave us the room right next to us to sleep in so didnt even make us move our bags :) next day wanted late check out and they wouldnt even take our money!

It was little confusing using the amenities just because the language barrier but over all a beautiful hotel. Price was very reasonable. The beds are more on the firm side. Comfortable pillows. Housecleaning daily. Close proximity to beach and shopping

I would stay there again. It’s very close to all the shops and restaurants. The two pools were very nice. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff were very pleasant.

The fridge is an okay size but I like to have a freezer too. I like the bed a lot and the towels are decent. Fan and AC work well tim..pp

I’d recommend this hotel for a night or two in playa del Carmen. The location was convenient and the room was clean. I didn’t use the pool, but there are two of them to use. I’m giving 4 stars not 5 because I thought it was crazy that the hotel was jot even half full and they wouldn’t let me check in two hours early and wanted to charge me 33% of my nightly rate. That’s not good customer service at all.

The location was incredible – it was close to everything. And the staff were friendly and attentive. They maids kept the room clean; however, the bathroom had an unfortunate smell during our entire stay. Also, the beds were not the most comfortable ones out there. So, if you are not picky, the place is perfect. We cared more about the location and friendly staff. As for the Wi-Fi try using the 3 variation. The first one barely gets any signal.
