Nice, pleasant but basic. Didn’t necessarily need or want daily housekeeping, but fresh dry towels and coffee replenishment would have been appreciated. Would probably stay again.

I picked this hotel because it stated there was an inside pool, hot tub and inside restaurant. The hot tub was broke, the pool water was freezing and the inside restaurant was closed down. Staff was friendly.

We booked at last minute due to a mistake in our travel plans. When we are at the hotel we were informed the water would be shut off 10:00pm to 2:00 am. They offered an option to relocate. Then when they realized I booked through Expedia they said that was not an option . That was a little frustrating… we made due and survived. Not sure we would stay again . But over all not a bad place just not the best.

They gave me the wrong information about making my payment in cash vs card. Upon checkout they kept trying to charge my card these weird additional fees. When I called to se why they said some weird excuse that didn’t make sense considering the fact that they already charged my card the full amount for the stay and the deposit. They couldn’t really make sense of why it kept creating to charge my card off amounts. Fast forward to 5 6 days later and they still haven’t issued me back my incidental deposit for my stay which they said I should have received by now.

Went to Fort Wayne for daughters graduation. Hotel was clean, however the carpet in the hallways stained and old.Bed was comfortable, did not like the pillows. Coffee in the lobby was like colored water, only had decaf k cups for the rooms. The treadmill did not work, hot tub did not work, indoor pool was freezing cold and only had heavy size hand weights. There was nothing to clean the work out equipment when you were done, thank goodness i brought purell.all in all it was ok, not what i expected from an holiday inn, will try somewhere else the next time we go to Fort Wayne.

Cross from the event center , restaurants and shopping. Nice weather and enjoy the weather.

Great place to stay! We had the kids suite. The pullout sofa mattress was not good. It was like sleeping on a chain link fence. But everything else was great!

Great staff. Went for the night for the pool and hot tub. Hot tub was closed for renovations. Room was nice but the neighbors were loud. You could hear full conversations. Checked out immediately but the staff were awesome. Very clean

First night the heat didn’t work in our room so they moved us to a different room! The beds were so uncomfortable the heat couldn’t be controlled in this room! Then to top it off a random housekeeper walked right into our room without knocking and it wasn’t even our check out day! We will not be staying here ever again!

Beds very comfortable. Did not clean room everyday. Breakfast is not free but very good. No breakfast on Sunday. Coffee all the time.

I reserved a king room and my reservation was changed and the staff was not willing to help fix it. The stay was conveniently located to everything in the area that we needed

A free continental breakfast should be included with your room. Every Holiday Inn that I have ever stayed at did until this one.

Overnight stay

It was a really great stay starting from check in. We went down to the bar to have a few drinks before our event and the host was awesome and very social with us. The food was great also even the breakfast and that’s rare at hotels.

I paid over $600 for TWO NIGHTS at this property. I have other reservations at cities close by for future travel at much nicer hotels and half the price. When I asked WHY they were price gouging at the desk upon check in, I was told simply that they were not a franchise hotel and they were solid booked. Just because the hotel was in demand means I should pay 3 times what the room is worth?? The room itself was completely out dated, had water stains on the ceiling, smellled like an old closet, had dirty carpet and the windows had so much condensation, there were puddles on the window sill. There was one tiny bar in the lobby that was hardly ever open…and to top it off, the staff kicked us out of the pool 15 minutes before the posted close time so they could deep clean…their ability to deep clean could not have been significantly impacted by 5 people in the pool 15 minutes before it was closing anyway. VERY dissatisfied…

The location was great for us because we had a tournament at the War Memorial Coliseum. The beds were comfortable (more of a firm mattress), and the lobby was always open for us to hang out. The staff was friendly as well. They need more outlets or USB ports in the rooms for sure. Otherwise a good hotel.

Dirt hotel. Smelled bad. Worn and out of date. Gross bathroom. Water backed up every time you took a shower. Restaurant was not one. It was the bartender getting you food. Stay somewhere else. The slamming doors was insane. Didn’t mentioned it smelled?? Ewwww
