The room was comfortable even for a family of four. Very friendly attentive staff. We had an issue with the hot water and it was solved immediately. Good breakfast with healthy options.

Only stayed 1 night prior to flight. Easy drive to airport. Shopping across the road from hotel. Air-con didn't work in room so got a little warm.

We were looking at a lot of properties on your website. When we showed up, we realized, we had booked the wrong one for us. The hotel won't help. The hotels.com customer service is not user friendly and I was unable to talk to anyone regarding my situation and we were forced to stay or walk away from our $1100 3 night stay. We felt like hostages.

Our flight was cancelled and the airline sent many many people here. The staff was great, and quickly got us in (early) to a room.

This hotel was very good, it was easy to shop and find what I needed and the food was amazing I would definitely recommend this hotel as I will be returning in the future and one of the workers was named Krishna and he had very good customer service he was very kind .

When I was leaving the car park the barrier would not lift intercom not working phoned reception they said they would lift barrier waiting about 10/15 minutes phoned reservation and eventually got barrier opened this is very poor what if there was a fire and no way out

We booked the room last minute due to a change in our travel plans. The room and bathroom were both clean and the room gave us the quiet experience we needed.
The toilet didn’t flush, the sink didn’t drain and the shower water was so hot that we couldn’t use it. I had told the front desk and was told they would send someone up. No one ever came. I also called down to have water sent up and it never came. Very disappointing.

Great shopping places. Reception staff was only average - not all the rave everyone was saying on here. Rooms were clean. The distance from the Temple Bar area is a little over about 5 miles. You will need to taxi every day to the city center, which can add up, especially if you are catching any bus tours to the countryside. Area is suburban setting, but never had any issues with getting a cab to and fro.

Wonderful stay. One thing I would say is that the front desk attendees should mention to guests that there are two types of restaurants after greeting them and send them off to their room. Otherwise absolutely great, friendly and very helpful!

Great hotel located around 25 mins from Dublin Airport. This is not in the City Centre. I opted for this hotel as I needed to be in Blanchardstown. It is a stylish hotel with very friendly staff. Directly opposite is the Blanchardstown shopping centre with a huge selection of shops and restaurants. It is a 30 minute walk (or 5 minute drive) to Blanchardstown village centre.
The breakfast choices are amazing. The usual buffet breakfast but plenty of extra choices, cooked to order for those wanting something extra/different including omelettes, kippers etc. The fresh honey was the best I have ever tasted.
Room was cleaned by Paulina and it was spotless. I would happily stay here again
