I would have given 5 star or more BUT THE BATHROOM DIDNT HAVE A LATCH/lock on room 503, which was not good with 3 year old twins!

Very Nice Hotel and pet friendly, clean and spacious. Great experience! We need to leave before because the weather but they make the refund for the night, this hotel and service meet the expectations.

Good place , now new , need renovation but very clean and cozy, fireplace very nice addition, we stayed in pet friendly room , you don’t need to go in the mountains to see a bear , he was crossing hotel parking lot , very eco friendly, we liked it :)

Our room was awful. Nothing in the room or the whole hotel for that matter was maintained. There was a coffee stirrer and some tissue on the bathroom floor that remained there the whole time we were there. Housekeeping did not sweep or clean while we were there. They brought towels and just plopped them on the shelf and did not hang them. We had to request towels when we needed them. Our room and outside the hotel was unkept and in disrepair. There was what seemed to be mold on the wall under the chairs in the cafeteria. I have never stayed at a Quality in before and will not ever again. I will be sure to let my family and friends know as well.

Dont let the exterior fool you. Older yes, needs paint and some minor maintenance yes but the room was perfect. Jacuzzi tub was just what the dr ordered. This was a pamper the wife weekend. Fireplace bubble bath and close to downtown. We had a blast and will be back soon.

The hotel is totally in need of repair. The first room they gave us the door was broken and the handle was dangling off… the second room the fireplace didn’t work and the bathroom light was flashing and the check in clerk had the personality of a rock.

This is probably the best time we’ve had in gatlinburg since we’ve been going. Nice room nice breakfast everyone was helpful

Older gentleman was nice. Younger black woman needs to improve her customer service skills as she n learning how to smile and not lie and say no rooms were cleaned at 2 pm when I requested early check in. Than when I went back in the office at 3 she just got up and left the desk

The staff and service were good, but the cleanliness of the room was horrible. This hotel was a cheaper option than some, but still over 300 for two nights and the rooms were not clean and very out dated. Would not stay again.

Woke up to find a cockroach in the bathroom so we immediately left

I have stayed there once and room was really clean. But my room this time had BIG cobwebs the floor was sticky and needed swept the bathroom light switch was broke so we wasn't able to turn the light off. It appeared that the room had been vacant for a while or the house keeper just didn't do their job.

Only ! One H handicap parking space Very inconvenient did not get to use handicap space during our stay 85 year-old man with a walker! Also, the bathroom floor flooded water everywhere !

Needs some TLC outside and around the property. Reception not signposted very well. Just says Office on small sign. Smelt strange in the office. Room good.

We love the hot breakfast. Our toilet was running all night. We had to shut it off. So far It was okay.

They were very accommodating for the room since I brought my pet with me. I will say some of it was a little out dated but other than that, it was good. I enjoyed my stay here for a little weekend getaway.

I had two reservations. One for showing up early that Expedia had the date wrong and I was charged as no cancellation was available. The guy at the desk was helpful but said he could not do anything with Expedia having the wrong date. So was charged almost $200 for a one night stay at a dump. Also, choose a pet friendly to only find out that is an extra charge upon checkin. Will not use Expedia again

The place definitely shows it signs of age. Cracked paint on the walls in the rooms, rusty balcony railing, drains that do not work, ac units that smell, mattresses that feel like bricks, room cleaning with towels and linen only every three days.

it was good, within walking distance to the strip. Rooms were good the AC didn’t keep the room cold but it was good.

There is an older man in the front desk at nighttime by the name of Jimmy. He was very disrespectful towards me and i believe the PO that took report, just because I ask him what to do when a bear breaks into your car. Just to let u know we did not have any food in it! His answer was very inappropriate and he was also very nasty.

The properties was not clean, it’s very dirty.
Sheets and towels they need to be changed. One of the attendance or receptionist at night time call Mr. Jimmy was very disrespectful to me And I believe the police officer, cause we had to call for a bear breaking into the back of my truck In which no food except for water and tools was there.
The balcony of the place was extremely dirty. The tubs were not clean correctly. The only two person that were very nice in there was a young black man called Shevon and a lady Bena.

It was a nice hotel close to everything and we really enjoyed our stay. The price was great! The pool was clean an they allowed pets for a very reasonable cost, unlike most who charge a large fee. We will stay whenever we vosit again.

We really enjoyed our stay and the place being pet friendly made it even better. The room was extremely clean and staff was friendly. Definitely will be going back and staying.

The breakfast wasn’t the best. Since pets are allowed, the floors in the rooms should be mopped before the next guests arrive. Everything else was good.

We did not get to stay at this hotel. Upon arrival we were told our dog couldn't stay in the room. We were told when we go anywhere our dog would have to go to. It was 100 degree weather. The gentleman running the front desk told me if we left our animal in the room when we came back we would be kicked out and loose all our money and deposit. We were also told we would be within walking distance from the beach. This hotel is 45 minutes away from the ocean
