The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. The hotel's location was excellent; a grocery store was nearby, and many dining options were within walking distance. - The internet was terrible (at least in my room) very weak signal, and you also needed to pay for a faster connection! The elevator broke two to three times during my stay.

I stayed for 4 nights and the studio had everything you needed. The little kitchen was perfect and it was great to have the air conditionning The location was just amazing, just a few minute walk to the main shopping streets, it had a few small supermarkets around and was close to bus stops.

Great location for staying at the centre of Perpignan.It was ideal for our trip to watch the rugby with cooking facilities if needed.A budget hotel with all you need when travelling light.

For the past 6 years I have always stayed at this aparthotel on my way to Spain. Chris and his staff are excellent. comfy beds and excellent rooms with superb aircon.

Very difficult to find if you dont know the area. If you arrive late very difficult check in. Room was clean and comfortable.

It's ok - basic and quite clean. PROS - Very central (2 mins walk to Castillet). Close to lots of bars & restaurants. Tiny reception area and small breakfast room.(Extra charge).Underground parking next door.(Chargeable). Lift in hotel CONS - Basically a high rise apartment block. Our room (Business Studio) was very small & basic with a double bed & not much room for anything else . Small separate bathroom (shower ,sink & WC). Beds made up daily but not a great deal in the way of cleaning. Car park is very tight and at 12 Euros per day one of the most expensive in town.

Other than the hiccup with the check in everything was good. Make sure to check the checkin times on sundays

PROS- Good location, 5-10 minutes walk from the old town, 10 minutes walk from the train station, 2 minutes from the bus stop to and from airport.- Self catering gives you the option to cook or get day trip lunches together if you want.- Our room had a decent balcony view over the town.- Buzzy area with bars full on most nights even though we were there during the week.- Friendly and helpful staff.CONS- Sadly the room and bed had fleas.- Expedia booking doesnt include room cleaning, which in a self catering after a few days isnt so great.- New, clean towels cost 5 Euro, shower is powerful but tends to leak into the bathroom so extra towels are helpful.

Central location with shopping and eating nearby. Great hotel for the money.

Good value for small no frills room with microwave, fridge etc. Parking extra €8. Hard to check in with a car as only one space in front of hotel. Suggest leave car in theatre car park and walk down to check in. Get car park entry/exit token from reception.

We enjoyed our stay on the two separate nights that we stayed and found the location ideal so close to the centre of Perpignan. The only problem there was that we had read a review that it was easy walking distance from the rugby stadium and information about distances from various places suggested that the Gilbert Brutus stadium was 1.2m away when in fact it is over 2 miles and about 40 - 45 minutes walk. The staff friendly and obliging, accommodation good and breakfast also good. Our one issue with the accommodation , probably as English visitors is that whilst the kitchen facilities are also good the lack of a kettle to heat water and cups to drink from meant that we were less unable to make tea and instant coffee.
