It was just right for our stop on our way from Florida to New York. Great location, very close to restaurants, comfortable, quiet, good lighting, great parking, good lighting, breakfast was just perfect! Thank you!

The elevator was not in proper safe condition. Some staff was helpful while other staff seemed distant/suspicious. We found 3 roaches in the room. Breakfast was cold.

The property was renovated and the bathroom was the best of the several Hampton Inns I stayed in in this trip. Friendly staff and great location. Lots of walking area for my pup.

Stop over while driving from Florida to Pennsylvania. Convenient location, comfortable bed, standard breakfast, friendly staff

Checkin was not professional. Hotel had seen better days. Exterior doors weee broken and propped open with rocks. Room needed renovation.

Nice big room, sheets and bed clean and comfortable. However, the room was severely humid. The tile floor at the entrance was literally wet. The carpet was quite dirty (the bottoms of my white socks were evidence of that).
It took some time to coax the desk staff out from their room behind the desk, but the were pleasant.
Free breakfast was ok, not great.

Their were a few dogs barking on my floor , as its pet friendly. I understand dogs will do this, but fairly annoying when we wanted to relax. The hottub was supposed to be set at 104 degrees, but was only 95 degrees actually set. We were dissapointed by this.

Petersburg has become my official stop between NC and MD. Hampton Inn’s staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. I will stay here again.

When we arrived at the property we were greeted by Britney. She was so helpful and considerate to us. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean , the beds were supper comfy . And the person who checked us in was really helpful . We didn’t realize there wasent a couch in our room witch we where going to use for one of our kids to sleep on and we only had a queen room so a roll away was not an option. The front desk attendant made sure we had enough pillows and blankets as my little one doesn’t mind at all sleeping on the floor . Overall fanstastic stay . We will recommend it to family and friends

The beds were very comfortable and the room was nicely decorated. However, there was no bath; it was a standing shower alas still immaculate. The continental breakfast was also excellent. The whole hotel was nicely decorated.

Another great stay at a Hampton inn. After a long day on the road the last thing anyone needs is a difficult check in. I was greeted by a very pleasant worker who informed me she could let us use the pool past 10. This was a pleasant surprise as we had a terrible ride in and a quick dip in the hot tub is really what my family needed after a long day on the road. I wish I I knew the young ladies name so Hampton can reward her great service

My stay was very good. The service was excellent, the room was clean. These were the most important things to me. It was a great location as well. The hotel is located next to several eateries and stores such as Walmart and Target. It made it very convenient when I no doubt was going to forget something. The only critique that I had was the water pressure in the shower. It was merely a trickly and it got the job done, but it was a bit frustrating getting the soap out of my hair.

This was not a pleasure trip. My mother was at a local facility, the Dunlop. On the last day 1/12/24 she passed away in the middle of the night and staff management allowed my daughter and I to stay there through the day beyond checkout time to take care of personal issues . It was absolutely the kindest gesture and I thank you!

Check-in was quick and easy. The hotel and room was clean and cozy. Quiet and friendly. Kayla and the rest of the staff was courteous and friendly to my entire family. I loved that it is located in the perfect location if you needed to go to the stores.

This location is in the midst of a lobby reconstruction, if you can look beyond that and the possible hiccup of checking in - the staff’s hospitality and service made up for any doubts we had! Overall still a great, clean stay.
