The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre. It is very clean. Restaurant and bar offer a variety of meals and drinks. The neighbourhood area is currently under construction and is messy.

Absolutely disappointing. Not for business travellers, I would never stay there again. Wifi is extremely low, you cannot even send an email. Worst part is they have a faster connection but you have to pay more than 9 €. Maybe 15 years ago that was normal, now any small hotel in Poland has a decent wifi connection, for free. The rest is quite ok, staff was nice and helpful and the rooms look nice and clean.

The stay was fine, however the first room I received was small and like a box room. The reception were very helpful to change the room which included a larger bathroom. The rooms are a little tired, the bath plug area was dirty and stained (516) but the rest of the stay was very good. Nice buffet breakfast even with the Covid restrictions.

There was a small trade off with the hotel being on a street at the intersection of tram lines which did provide some noise interference, but otherwise everything else about the hotel and the service provided was excellent. From initial help with parking, they are very good about leaving the car in one of their four dedicated places outside whilst you sort yourself out, then their 24 hour protected car park is only 400m away at a very good rate (40zl). Also, my wife had a minor medical emergency and the receptionist was most helpful with complimentary bandages, etc. The breakfast was a bit limited due to the current restrictions, I would like to have had a bit more hot choice but otherwise perfectly acceptable. Only the sauna was working, with limited access and no plunge pool, due to the restrictions, but this was fine as well. The 10 minute walk to / from the old town is a good distance as it allows exercise before / after one's meal, say. There are many places to eat there, and don't try driving as parking spaces are at a premium everywhere in the town centre, and you would spend longer looking for one rather than just walking. Finally, a Sunday checkout of 3:00pm (instead of noon on our booking) was also a nice surprise as we were able to explore and then pack rather than the other way round - far more relaxing. Thank you, hotel, and all the staff we interacted with.

Great hotel , location and price

When I arrived the computer system was down, but the reception staff were polite and helpful making sure I got checked in with no fuss and to my room quickly.

Room is next to the main road, may be a little noisy for light sleeper.. room size is small but compact and beds are comfortable

Great location, walking distance to old square and main spots, right next to a cultural center and the philharmonic (and the awesome Bo restaurant). Really good service at the reception and breakfast buffet. Room was nice, good bed and shower. Liked the sauna area, great to relax after a busy day. When I went it was empty, you just have to inform reception 20min before so they get it started - they were kind to bring me a bathrobe and slippers for to sauna to my room. Breakfast was good.

We had a good stay at NH hotel. Situated in a good location, minutes away from the city centre. Huge room, quiet (apart from the outside construction) and very comfy bed.

Great central location for us to go to the Old Town Square & The Poznan Half Marathon...currently road works out the front but didn’t affect our stay...helpful staff & clean rooms!

Great little place near the square

Fantastic, large room on the 5th floor. Very quiet with a comfortable bed, big towels, Nespresso machine and excellent toiletries. On the downside, the only English speaking channel on the TV was CNN and the hotel does not offer a business centre for guests to use a computer. I was offered 15 minutes use for a charge, which I declined. Did not have breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot comment. Good location and very central for shopping centres, although building works right outside the front door which look like they may be there for some time.

Although the street is being totally renovated, the location is still good. Will look very nice when done (a year or two). The breakfast is nice but very limited at Christmas (understandable). Pricy breakfast ($25) when you can get a breakfast for $10-$15 anywhere else.

"24-hour shuttle service," but no shuttle was provided. One of the biggest reasons to book NH was because of the shuttle, but if you do not provide shuttle, You will have to delete the shuttle related sentence from the homepage.

Only booked for 4 days but it was the nicest hotel experience! Would definitely come and stay there again for a longer period of time! Staff were very kind and accommodating and our room was kept clean by the housekeeping staff each day. The room itself was really nice and for the price we paid it was luxury! Will be coming back!! Thank you :)
